Love Luxe Opiniones

Absolutely flawless transaction and experience as always - item is in fantastic condition, was an absolute steal of a price and communication regarding delivery was brilliant. Highly, highly recommend

Love Luxe have always been amazing when I’ve purchased through them. I continue to return as everytime I am highly satisfied with the product, the accuracy of the description of the item, the fast delivery (within a maximum of 2 days of purchase) and their prompt replies.

Very accurate description of traces of use so you’re not surprised by the state of the shoe. And when said “excellent condition” it is true. Easy contact and payment options, quick shipping. Only note for EU buyers: import fee/VAT is charged by transporter so take that into account. Overall, would buy again

What you see is what you get! Awesome service,my items get to me in excellent time and good condition,I also feel their pricing is very fair and there is always something within your price range

Thank you for your reply, due to the system error which is out of human control i have updated the rating on here as its of no fault of yours that this happened. Thank you for the prompt replies. i Ordered some Gucci boots on the 25th January 2023 only to recieve an email on the 3rd feb to say these were no longer available and that my refund would be processed. Quite dissapointed in the service really. Still waiting on my refund....9th Feb 2023.

I have purchased a number of items from Love Luxe including shoes and sunglasses and yet again the product and service level is exemplary .
Love Luxe allow you to access luxury goods at affordable prices. They are always excellent quality, delivered quickly and beautifully packaged.
Definitely recommend a browse on their website

So happy with my bag!♥️ It’s in great condition and at a great price! Will definitely buy from here again. Thank you!

Bought a fantastic item from Love Luxe from a recent and completely sold out collection for a fraction of the boutique price; they are always a pleasure to deal with and very professional and everything is beautifully packaged and quickly despatched. I check their stock every week and I recommend you do the same!

Came across Love Luxe on Instagram and I’ve been following the page for a while.
I decided to have a sort out and I sent Charlotte some photographs of designer items I no longer use/wear. I received a quick response and the offer of both direct sale and consignment was much more than I expected.
The process from start to finish was easy and stress free and I would definitely use them again. 😊

Great communication and received item next day l would recommend the seller

Bought a pair of lovely Crime London trainers and arrived very quickly and beautifully packaged! Thank You 😊

Great service from start to finish.
Item arrived quickly and in better condition than expected.
100% recommend.

I purchased a Gucci bag from this company and didn’t think anything of it as it came with an authentication certificate. I happened to get the bag authenticated myself and it came back as counterfeit. I went to 3 independent companies, one which Love Luxe happens to use and again all 3 confirmed it was a fake bag. Disappointed and shocked the least to say. I wasn’t offered a refund or an apology whatsoever. Even the t&c’s set by the authentication company have not been correctly followed. If anyone has purchased an item/s from the company please get it authenticated.
FYI I HAVE NOT RECEIVED NO REFUND FROM A CHARGEBACK. So leaving a damning response to my review is absolutely appalling. Clearly a very bad service to a company selling counterfeit items and trying to cover it up. One of the most unprofessional companies to ever deal with. To say there was no existent issues when 3 companies reviewed the bag and advised it was definitely fake. To even ask me for my bank details for a refund when I had requested for the refund to be given by the original format I used which was PayPal. To pretend to be shocked at the outcome of the authentication then blame the downfall of the reputation of the company on social media has got to be a joke.

Sold me a fake bag with a fake authenticity certificate. Please have any items you buy from this company independently authenticated

Excellent quick service and delivery very well done

Very good and fast service … I will order again x thank you

I purchased some trainers from this company and I probably got the deal of the year to be honest! The photos actually didn’t do justice to what incredible condition they are in, despite all the postal issues they arrived within a day or two of dispatch. They came in the original box with the card as well. My personal experience of this company is that I cannot fault them and I would definitely buy from again.

I've bought quite a few items from loveluxe in the past, everything is amazing quality and extremely well priced. Comes with authentication certificate so you can be sure you're getting a genuine item. I won't hesitate to buy again! ( Hopefully soon!)

I’ve bought a few things from Love Luxe over the last couple of years. All of them are in the condition described, all perfectly packaged. Prices are very reasonable and customer service is brilliant! I’ll always buy from here.

Bought a lovely moncler piece from these guys, it was literally 1/4 of the retail price. Best deals I’ve seen in a long time!
