I contacted the company after my Liquafeed applicator wasn't working. After we'd established that it was the applicator and not the valve on the bottle that was faulty, they offered to replace it free of charge despite the fact that it was some years old. Wonderful service!

We have used Levington Tomorite Giant Planter grow bas for tomatoes and cucumbers for years with very good results. This year however the formulation of the compost in the bags looks and smells very different and the results to date are nowhere near as good as they used to be.

I complained to this Company on the 23rd May about their Compost. The Compost was very compacted - a damp solid mass. I’m not sure whether this was due to being Peat-Free. What I do know is that it took as long to manage the Compost as it did to sort out and finalise my various plantings. Very irksome.
When breaking down the compost I came across a 6cm. Stone, remains of the rim to a plastic Pot, bits of fence panel and bark not yet broken down. It seems to me that this was cannibalised ‘All-Sorts’ including unsold bags of the previous year’s Compost.
I am not impressed and care more for my Garden than to buy again. As yet I have had no response.

Purchased some bags of Miracle-Gro Lawn Dressing - 25L and could not believe the poor quality of the product and it was clear that it was not what it said was in the bag.
True lawn dressing should be 70% horticultural sand and 30% fine soil.
Miracle-Gro seem to think its ok if they sell you a mush of soil, sand, peat, stones, bits of wood and polyethene. When I complained they asked for photographic evidence which I provided. They informed me that 'there is currently no 100% effective technological solution to entirely eliminate those foreign items'. Strange that when other companies seem to manage it.
So after 4 weeks of all my efforts, not theirs, I finally received a refund and absolutely nothing else, not even an explanation of what's gone wrong or what they intend to do about it.
My experience with this company has now made me think of how good are the rest of their products.
One thing I did learn from my time working with a large company is this;
When you give a customer a good product together with good service they will probably tell very few. When you do the opposite they will tell the world.

Bought 3 bags of Miracle Gro compost. Loads of stones, hard lumps of compost and small pieces of wood. Complained to customer service, final outcome was them to advise me to sieve the compost if I wanted to use it for seedlings, or buy one of their other products. No mention of any sort of compensation for my time and effort wasted trying to grow seeds in a product that on this occasion was not of good quality. Even a token gesture such as a voucher would have made the situation better. I have been gardening for over 40 years and don't need poor advice from someone who presumably works on a computer not with a shovel.
