Penso che non ci siano parole che solo offensive. Giocato 100 euro su una slot che sarebbe Energy Joker, l unica vincita e' stata 7 euro. Mi spiace solo che non siate in Italia ( per noi e' illegale giocare al di fuori AAMS), altrimenti vi avrei denunciato. Non vado oltre per il solo motivo che mi fate tenerezza e avete bisogno di soldi per manipolare determinate cose. Speriamo ve li spendiate in medicine. 1st bonus not received and useless support help
I signed up and tried to access the 1st deposit bonus by pressing the deposit button putting in the payment details and deposited the money. After I started playing I noticed the bonus hadn't been added. I contacted support for help and didn't really get any and of course it was my fault for not waiting for the bonus to appear. Instead I could have 30 free spins or $5 a loyalty bonus. I decided to delete the game but can't get back in to delete my account or do anything in there. Not sure if it's a glitche or the site playing up. Anyway, I am an avid player and like to join new casinos and see what they have to offer. Not happy with the response of the support chat as she asked me to screenshot info about their 1st deposit bonus??? That in itself tells me she doesn't know what they are offering and it's the customers job to show and tell...

Stay away. No bonuses added, requested account closure and they wouldn’t do it, ended up wasting more money. And win frequency is really low. Played €100 in €2 spins and didn’t even win on one spin.
Customer support also poor. Go somewhere else.

Was sent an email offering 50 no deposit spins for joining . Joined the casino and then was advised offer expired yesterday . This is my first few minutes experience of this casino . Fake offers . I defo won’t be risking a deposit. Also don’t trust casinos who treat new customers like this .

Very very bad casino, This cause is a fraud, They do not have fast payouts, The first time I played here I won I cashed out and got it within the hour, I played there again I won but they didn't pay me my winnings they left it in in my account pending because what they want you to do is reverse the payment which I did, they try to say I canceled my payment but my last money's I took out I won more money with it so I cashed out it's been 24 hours now and they still won't pay me my winnings and I e-mail them three time and they won't get back to me, keep telling me to have patience, what does instead withdrawal mean? Well that is not this company they lie to you, their customer care team knows nothing

Joke of a casino
Once again I am waiting for a withdrawal after these guys cancelled my last one after 5 days of waiting due to apparently going against the t&c, they gave me the money I deposited back in I then got that back to a good amount and am trying to withdraw again, it’s now been 4 days, took me weeks prior to get verified because apparently every for of identification I offered wasn’t good enough, I’m now verified, wasn’t on their bullshit bonus t&cs and IM STILL WAITING
