Amazing product, Amazing customer service
Luma Sleep Mattress was recommended by our friend, a chiropractor. My husband and I were a bit skeptical at first because we weren't able to lay on an actual mattress. But, because we trusted our friend we decided to make the purchase. How pleased we are that we did! The mattresses are more comfortable than our Sleep Numbers. We are resting very well! I must comment on the customer service. As the young people say, "It's the bomb!" Everyone I dealt with, from the website to the owner (I had many questions - a major purchase for us) were so respectful, informative and thoughtful. I honestly felt that I was important as a person - much more than as a purchase-er. I would recommend this product and company without reservation. May there be more eCommerce businesses that follow the model and protocol Lima Sleep has embraced. Thank you for a wonderful product!

so far, so very good
We have only been sleeping on our new cal king hybrid mattress for about 3 weeks but our early impressions of this mattress are Excellent! We had been sleeping on memory foam for last 10 years and find the latex/coil design to be far more comfortable. It is a much cooler mattress to sleep on. The support is awesome. The bounce is great. Stephano was extremely helpful in designing our configuration, The mattress shipped to us in a week and setup was fairly easy. Build quality of the Mattress seems pretty good and the only noticeable less than perfect observation was with the Tencel mattress cover which has a rather loose fit. Additionally included with the hybrid sleep system were two latex pillows which surprisingly are the best i have i have ever used. Looking forward to a long and comfortable relationship with this Luma Hybrid mattress.

Excellent experience!
The website was easy to use and select the write product. The sleep system was delivered on time and was easy to unpack and set up (but a 2 person job). Our guests have been giving great feedback on our queen size bed which we put in our guest room since we got this.

Fantastic product, fantastic delivery, fantastic communication.
After months of sleeping on a terrible mattress, Luma has provided me with a fantastic night's sleep. It's a heavy mattress with great support and comfort. The company was a pleasure to deal with. I will be recommending Luma to everyone I know.

Honest and straight forward
Had bought another manufacturer's name brand mattress. Was not at all happy with comfort level,not as represented. Spoke with Luma representative who steered me to purchase of Luma topper. This greatly increased my comfort level. Every thing was exactly as quoted by Luma

Best bed I've ever slept on
We had no idea how bad our old queen bed was until we bought our new Luna bed! It's so soft but feels supportive at the same time. When my husband moves, I don't feel any movement, unlike our old mattress.

The best mattress I have ever owned. Was having trouble sleeping sound all night. Since receiving my mattress, 'I'm sleeping in a cloud". Great customer service and you can't beat their guarantee. My one year is up and didn't have to make any adjustments to the firmness of my mattress. Was skeptical at first about ordering a bed online, but was an easy, seamless process.
