Thank you for your review. Obviously concerned by a 2* review we did some googling ourself. We found lots of listings for the cheaper non gold lined lampshade in the same pattern but only found one listing for the Gold lined shade at a cheaper price and this was in the Sale section of a company's website at the time we looked and then it was only by a small percentage.
Unfortunately we cannot monitor the Seasonal sales of other suppliers and price match those sales. We would have been able to refund your purchase if you wished to return the shade to us in its original Cellophane wrapping.
We are happy to say we provided the item at well below the RRP and believe our pricing is competitive, as a small family business we can't always be the cheapest on the market when competing with nationwide companies but we try our best.
Very impressed with this firm ,they actually do their job quickly and efficiently

A very nice welcome helpful owners
A very nice welcome and the owners were helpful and yet gave us space to choose and browse. They had a good range to choose from in store with lots of brochures to look through also, we would recommend and we will be back.

What a beautiful vase light
What a beautiful vase light. Very pretty! The lights were packed very well and delivery was received earlier than expected.
The only downfall is, I received one of the crystal balls damaged and the metal screw which is glued to the crystal ball had broken off.

Its a shame some of the couriers seem to play catch with our parcels. We hope the replacement crystal we sent you made your light sparkle !

Fast despatch
Great customer service and fast despatch and delivery, postage a little expensive otherwise it would have been five stars.

Sorry about that, as a small business unfortunately we cant eat the cost of the postage these days unless we use the cheaper couriers and they don't do well with glass..
We do a standard price dependant on size and weight but over £100 is free.
