I sent the document around 12/01/2022. After almost two months, calling them, a lady said that the claim is in progress and soon someone will send me an e-mail with details. NOTHING!!! Two weeks after I called them again but this time was funny. A man spoke with me in a whisper, visibly irritated that my phone call are wake up his kids, told me they need more document. The document I asked to send in January but they said NO. In two months my claim was not sent to the insurer. In 16/03/2022 I sent all documents was requested, to Arshad J. , the whisper man and still nothing. I think they are not working for us, is working for insurers. They do not have any intension to solve our claims. Only to delay and after this to be rejected. I think the insurers pay them good money in a legal way, to save them money. I seen this before in another country. Shame on you, Lyons Davidson!

Genevieve was brilliant, calm and professional at all times! Prompt replies, always, and listened to all my concerns. She managed my expectations very well and explained the process. She found the perfect Barrister who believed in me, just as she did and everything worked out exactly as it should. 2 years of wrangling and my case it now closed! beware ongoing ,still ongoing ,several case handlers,dont return calls very disappointing

Tracey Leathley was very efficient but also kind at a very difficult time for me. The time and effort she put into my case was outstanding. I would recommend her to anyone especially with a sensitive case such as mine. I just want to thank her for everything she has done for me.

I found the service I had to be very good.
Good quick communication.
Good unbiased advice when needed.
Unfortunately due mainly to the covid situation during my case, some of the information I gave to "LV ins" didn't get passed on to my solicitor. (not her fault)
That's the only negative.
But definitely worth 4 stars + .
