They respond to Emails only to string you along. you will never see your money again, let alone what you ordered! BE WARNED

Mac4Sale is a scam and a fraudulent business. Nothing delivered after ordering. Paid extra for DPD Delivery and DPD never contacted us to acknowledge the order.

This is, put simply, a scam.

STAY AWAY FROM MAC4SALE. This company is a SCAM and does not exist!! Avoid at all costs!! My order never turned up, there is no customer service, DO NOT ORDER.

I paid for some mac cables and a month later still don't have them. So I emailed and was told it would definitely be sent that week. Then nothing. I keep emailing, nothing. I can't reach them by phone. I guess it's small claims court next. If someone just takes your money, that's theft, right?

Absolute fraudsters

This is A scam company it should be Closed and they should be Charged for stealing people money. As of today they didn't deliver any laptop and They took £1255 in my account.

I ordered a iPad mini 2, payment went through but no order showing on my account. I chased with a email but I have been ignored. I sent an email from another account asking for info on a potential purchase and was replied to rapidly. I called them out on this and received a response to original query. Nothing was progressing so asked for a refund which they accepted. I would avoid this company!

The company is a scam. I ordered equipment from them on the 22nd of June, but I have not received anything despite their 4-day delivery policy. The phone rings, option 1 disconnects, option 2 does not work. I have not received any updates. I have written emails requesting my money back or the equipment ordered and no response. I would would not use them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I ORDER MAC BOOK AND NEVER RECEIVED!!!! LOST MONEY!!!!!! Im on holiday at the moment.

Happy with item and it works well. If I were to be picky. I would have preferred the packaging to have been anti-static and more rigid and more rigid but it was otherwise fine. No damage in transit, they used recycled packaging which is expressive every single step counts towards reducing carbon footprints. Would buy again from Mac4sale.

Best price as compared to marketplaces and other websites plus 12 months warranty. Fast response, on time delivery and good as described. No complaints.

Product was fantastic. Mac4sale staff was responsive. Product arrived on time and exactly what I was looking for. I would like to recommend them.

Headphones were ordered 24 June and paid £10 postage for 4 day delivery. They eventually arrived three weeks later and felt like this was only after taking legal action and posting on here.
Absolutely no customer service and phone does not work and no response to emails. Only contact has been on this forum.

The system had made a duplicated payment which has finally been refunded, again, feeling like this was only being dealt with after taking legal advice.

The headphones, having now arrived, look in good condition amd work well, but I did end up paying more for them than I could have got new on Amazon's recent Prime deal so wish I'd waited. Would have been much less hassle, stress and aggravation.

Went through wowcher to buy a laptop for my dad, paid £9.99 delivery for a delivery that was about a week and a half away from purchase date. Supposed to have arrived on Tuesday and nothing... trying to call the number provided, both 1 for customer support and 2 for sales and both lines are dead! Cannot get through to this company! Have since ignored my facebook message, emailed to say they cant offer the PC I purchased which was a HP ProBook, Now offering a DELL laptop?! - worst part is there was absolutely no communication on their behalf, not one email during the week and a half. They waited until I had to harass them via Facebook and email to get some sort of response

- to your response, you've not replied once since telling me that you can only offer a Dell and didn't mention with more latest specs. More lies

I bought a refurbished MacBook and did not receive a confirmation email or anything from the company. I tried to contact them via their web form and received no response. After a week of no response I contacted Clearpay (who I paid with) and they attempted to contact them, again with no response. Clearpay authorised a refund and a few days later the MacBook arrived, clearly having been sent after the refund was issued. After having no contact during the buying process the company are now harassing me via email claiming that I owe them for the MacBook, despite having evidence that they did not respond to my honest contact attempts and did not send the item until after a refund had been issued. Company are claiming Royal Mail “scanned it late” despite RM tracker showing when postage label was printed. I have sent them the consumer contracts regulations that state on delivery time alone I do not owe them anything, however company are threatening to open a claim against me. Do not use this company, I never will again.

Terrible company - do not use.
Order was placed on 24th May 2024 and £10 paid for 4 day shipping. A month later the item hasn't been received. Two weeks ago they admitted that they didn't have it in stock to send out and a refund would be issued but this has still not been received.

even one star is too generous for this lot. they are clearly fraudulently selling items that they don't have at the time. No reply to phone calls, and sporadic response to emails. no refund still 3 weeks on...
Also TrustPilot says they are using them fraudulently via their other name "RefurbMac"!
Am holding for Trading Standards as we speak....

Goods were received quickly, well packaged and just as described.
