Fabulous designs and great price
Fabulous designs and great price. Delivery took a little longer than I’d hoped and I’m still waiting for my cashback to be processed.
I would shop again with them as their products are top notch.

MID - my fave!
You guys are wonderful and the customer service phenomenal. You are a preferred go to! The problem I am facing is the local carrier (DBSchenker), the past 3 experiences have been very challenging (unresponsiveness, lack of planning, late deliveries, VERY damaged packaging, hard to contact). Would love for you to reconsider them, they devalue your greatness and the quality of your products.

Bad customer support
As an interior designer I really like Made In Design and their product selection, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
My parcel was returned to the sender due to a delivery issue, and I contacted support immediately. It has been over 10 days and I still haven’t received any response. I don’t know where my order is or what will happen next, and I am still hoping to receive it — especially since one item is now out of stock.
Great products, but very poor customer support. Please, help me! No answer, no items and no money...

This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide to our partners, and we understand how frustrating this delay must be, especially regarding an out-of-stock item.
Following your feedback, we have investigated your dossier immediately. Your parcel was indeed returned to us due to a delivery issue beyond our control, and as return transits typically take longer than initial deliveries, it has taken some time to reach us. Excellent product from a reliable company.
Prompt delivery, very well packaged, in perfect condition. Small, low table is a beautiful design, very well-made and looks splendid. It was very easy to fit together, all components clear and holes perfectly pre-drilled. Price rather on the high side but we appreciate that it is a "designer" item.

Missing order and no response from customer services
I literally never write reviews but its been over a month since I placed my order and im still yet to receive the item (which was in stock at the time i placed the order and is still in stock currently). When I track the delivery it says its still being prepared, and I've tried to contact made in design twice but I've received no response. Very disappointed with the service.

Cannot get an update on a missing product
I purchased a light from Made in Design on 3rd December for my wife’s Xmas present. It has still not arrived on 24 December. I have sent two messages, 3 emails and 3 phone calls to Made in Design…each time I am told the customer service manager is not in and they can’t confirm what has happened to my package until they return. I’m very frustrated by this poor service.

Terrible value, terrible dated design and [lack of]features
The kettle is very expensive at almost £100 for one with no modern features. The body is not insulated and the sight/water level indicator cannot be read because the glass is smoked and non prismatic. The kettle continues to boil for 8-10seconds after it starts vigorously boiling
In summary, it’s a £15 Poundland type kettle
We won’t be shopping with “made-in-design” again

Disappointing Experience
Item ordered on 30/11/2025 still not delivered as at 20/12/25. Despite numerous telephone calls and emails regarding the subject. Just told tracking will update but it never does. Will have to try and get a refund which will probably also be a frustrating experience. Will not be ordering from Made in Design again.

The plates are lovely
The plates are lovely , but the documentation holder was glued onto the outside of presentation box which when removed left the box very sticky .
As these are presents it did spoil the box
I Would advise the documents are placed inside the box and not glued to the outside of the box.

Toujours en attente de ma commande.
Plusieurs mails envoyés pour avoir un numéro de suivi, aucune réponse... suivi de commande catastrophique.
Article commandé avec un délai de livraison d'une à deux semaines, toujours rien, aucune communication, c'est lamentable !! Dommage, mais ce sera l'unique commande que je ferais sur ce site.
