Tree arrived healthy and beautiful. In better condition than expected. There was a delay through the heatwaves as they didn’t want to transport it in such extreme heat, which was amazing.

The climate
I have bought maybe 40/50 trees and plants from
Mail Order Trees over the last 15 years .
They are always of very good quality and well packed to prevent damage . This last delivery was no exception. The climate presents many problems . So deliveries can go to 3 or even 4 weeks .

The tree itself is exactly what I ordered, however, when it was delivered the delivery driver just left it by our front door. He didn’t attempt to knock or ring the doorbell. That is not good customer service sorry

Order not delivered after 5 weeks
I ordered some plants and trees total value £139.50 order no. 142272 on the 9/5/26 and got a confirmation that they will be delivered in 7-10 days but may take up to one month. I called them on Monday 15/6 and told them that I am travelling on Monday 22/6. I was reassured that my order will be dispatched and arrive on Friday. I called again on Thursday 18/6 and I was told my order has been dispatched and will arrive yesterday 19/6 but I haven’t received my order yet at time of this review.
Very disappointed as I will be away on Monday for 4 weeks. I hope they have the courtesy of refunding my £139.50
