The first thing to say is that the brochure is very helpful. It shows the whole range with prices for all options of finish ,windows, roof, floor, etc. The sales area then had a good range which we viewed with the very helpful sales man. The installation was very professional by two friendly workers.

My 8x8 Malvern shed looks great. The price was fair given the high quality of manufacture. The company was very good at keeping my informed and delivery and assembly were as expected. I’m a very satisfied customer.

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole process of buying our garden room, from the knowledgeable sales staff to the guys who installed it so effortlessly. The garden room itself fits beautifully into our garden and is a joy to be in. The quality is well worth it.

I recently had a building installed that will be used as a home office and would like to share some feedback for others that like me trawl through reviews before making such a significant investment.

The whole process from initial consultation through to installation was seamless. Everybody we engaged with were knowledgable, professional and keen to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. This also included working with builder for the concrete base and electrician for the sockets and lights.

With the engineered oak flooring, added insulation and spot lights it’s a fantastic addition to our home that’s been used as both an office and cinema room over the festive period with rave reviews.

It’s also comforting to know the added benefit being the increase in value of our home. I’m confident the initial outlay has already been offset by the appreciation should we decide to sell.

I would have no reservations about recommending Malvern buildings to family and friends.

We had a garden studio installed in December after seeing the buildings at Chelsea Flower Show earlier in the year. All of the team have been very helpful and we're really pleased with our new room.

We did have a slight issue with one of the windows, however, this was quickly fixed... on Christmas Eve. Excellent service, very happy customer.

I would advise everyone against buying anything from this company. I bought a shed from them they didn’t install it correctly and now the door i jammed closed. I have called them repeatedly but nobody is coming out to fix it, truly terrible customer service they don’t care. Stay away from them

From time of looking at summerhouses in Whitehall Garden Centre Wiltshire I can highly recommend Malvern Garden buildings from sales to Installation, the 3 lads sent worked none stop, we couldn't be happier their commitment to detail was second to none

• Erection of the building and electricity supply: Staff very efficient and friendly. Build done in two half-days. Electricity installation in about two hours.
• Quality of materials and building generally quite impressive. A problem is that the room door is slightly warped and does not close tight. Also the lock on the door to the shed has needed adjusting. They are coming to fix these items soon. There has been lots of rain since installation and no leaks have been revealed.
• Their office staff were helpful and prompt.
• The heater appears, to date, efficient although the instructions are not the clearest. Thye have suplied a better instruction book.

A really great product that has made my garden. The whole process ran smoothly without a hitch. On the day the team were fast, efficient and polite. I can't recommend Malvern highly enough. My new Summerhouse looks stunning and the quality shines out.

We wanted an Ashton summerhouse and found an ex-display model that suited us perfectly so decided to go ahead and we couldn't be happier. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. We are now enjoying spending time relaxing and enjoying our summerhouse, we absolutely love it!

Our summer house was ex-display but looks like new. We already have a Malvern shed so know that the quality is far higher than your normal garden centre product. When we purchased the shed we didn't opt to have it painted at the factory as we felt the price was high. Our summer house though as an ex-display was already painted and I was very impressed with the finish. I now wish I had had the shed painted rather than do it myself.

We decided on a Hanley 16 x 10 garden room and really valued being able to see something very similar at Old Barn Nursery outside Worthing. The whole experience was made easy by the team and being able to see what each option meant.
We opted also for the electrics package and concrete base which meant everything was included and arranged.
We have been very pleased with Malvern, everything went to plan and there were no additional costs added at any time.
We are also absolutely delighted with the finished product. Would have no reservation in recommending.

We've bought quite a few sheds over the sheds, but this is the first from Malvern. We paid a good deal more than we could have, but the quality is fantastic and we are very pleased with the purchase.
We had it painted to match the house and it looks a treat. The paint will massively reduce the need for maintenance and I have no doubt that it will outlast us! It's very solid and dry - you really feel you are inside a building, rather than just surrounded by wood.
The service and communication were great too. NO hesitation in recommending.

James at your Old Barn Nurseries concession has been brilliant throughout, and Charley was just as helpful whenever James wasn’t around.

We opted for a dry base, and Ade and Laurie were superb. Tidy, conscientious, and a great double act.

Roy, Ben and colleague (sorry, didn’t get his name) who built the Bloomsbury were an absolute pleasure to have on site; a really great team. And Allan, your contract electrician for the first fix, did an excellent job too.
