Our move manager was useful on the day of the move, but after the offer and before exchange I found out much more than she did and in a more timely manner. The useful part was on the day as she acted as intermediary with the buyer.

Upon viewing a property, we wanted to go back with parents for a 2nd opinion. Jack was very accommodating with his diary and able to fit us in. We then went back with our 2nd set of parents and again Jack was accommodating for our parents to head back to the property. We made an offer on the property and Jack kept us informed of the progress of the offer and chased up the company we were buying from for updates. Jack showed us round the property and was very knowledgeable in relation to the questions we asked him and knew the property inside out. Jack has been a great help to us in our buying process and kept us informed of all developments and has been happy to answer any questions when needed. Jack at Manning Guiseley as part of the sale has been great, as has Simone in the pre-sales phase. Good communication and really easy to deal with. Post sales moves out of the branch where they are less close to what's happening in branch, but still in weekly communication as part of post sales support.

I have to thank the manning Stainton team for their extremely good service. In particular they would like to thank both Maisie McMillan and Jack Pullan. Maisie came out to view the house and give her her comments and advice, and Jack has been dealing with buyers coming to view the house and has kept me meticulously up to date with appointments made and the buyers he’s met.
