Charlie and Alice were great; viewing were on time, they communicated well between the landlord and myself, as well as they were quick to settle issues while you are applying for stuff. TIP : They are quite a small team so calling them and often following up is best as it helps them keep up with things and not be bogged down due to volume

Staff were very competent, the releting process was smooth and completed on time. The vetting procedure gave me confidence and I'm happy with the service.

The team at Manning Stainton were really helpful throughout the buying process, arranging multiple visits to iron out enquiries. My move manager Phoebe was great in following up with the sellers solicitors as we closed the sale process.

Alice was responsive and helpful within a reasonable timescale and we were happy with the service she provided. We did however have trouble getting information and responses from Charlie. This may have been affected by him taking holiday. We would have expected the transfer of responsibilities to have been more effective. Unfortunately, the situation prior to Charlie’s involvement was made more difficult by inadequate or confused communication from Katelan. Getting all involved to communicate in all correspondence to my son, the owner Liam Whittington , myself and my wife, Maria Tighe has proved very difficult despite numerous requests. As Liam lives abroad, and we take on landlord operational responsibilities, this is essential. A simple central record with our details accessible to anyone involved in your responsibilities would appear to be beyond your organisation. The three star rating is generous given the above, but is given with an expectation of an improved service in the future.

Charlie and Alice and the rest of the team have been fantastic with helping us move. It was a really easy process and they have been so helpful with everything.

Easy to deal with staff, reliability.

I have moved in to my new property a few days ago and I'm so pleased. After a few months of uncertainty I finally found the ideal property with the help of Alice who was very patient, very professional and she always got back to me promptly. The only reason I was unable to give a 5 star was due to the very frustrating Goodlord process which at times drove me mad. Well done team.

My aim was to sell the apartment but, failing that, to find a new tenant.
Shriya liaised with the sales department to ensure that the best outcome possible was achieved. She kept the future tenants informed of the sales process, which in the end was not successful. The tenants are now in place and are enjoying their new home.
