Journey with the company
I began my journey with the company as a staff member, and over time, I’ve had the privilege to grow into my current role as Care and Support Manager. This progression has been both empowering and deeply rewarding. Along the way, I’ve gained valuable knowledge, expanded my skill set, and developed a deeper understanding of the care and support field. The company has consistently provided the tools, guidance, and encouragement needed for both personal and professional growth. Genuine care beyond words
My son has autism, adhd and very challenging behaviour. He has been in the care of Marcus and Marcus for 13 years now. They have genuinely been incredible, creating such a bespoke service for him that keeps him in the community. I am beyond grateful every day for the patience and love shown by the support workers, and the kindness and wise experience of his key workers.
