I was very impressed with Clive Tong in Customer Services when I rang with a query regarding returning my recently purchased Abby Personal Alarm. In fact I have never come across such a helpful and efficient person in any Customer Service position before. He knew exactly what was required and dealt with it immediately. He even rang me back a few minutes later to confirm everything had been effected as promised. Careium is lucky to have an employee such as Clive Tong.

Service like this is what gives you confidence in referring your friends and family to a business, If there was ever a need i would come back to Careium due to the help that we received today from Denys Oleksiienko.
He was kind, direct and helped us with a problem where other companies have made things drag. Denys Couldn't do enough for us and did it efficiently, thank you.
Companies usually cant do enough when onboarding new customers but Careium cared from start to finish.

I dealt with Sophie Farrant today who was very professional and considerate throughout the call. Very efficient and very clear with her explanations. Nothing was too much for her and since I have booked things the after service has been excellent as well. I would thoroughly recommend Sophie to anyone having to book requirements for their respective families 👏 👏

We needed to cancel our agreement with Careium. The phone was answered promptly by Yvonne who efficiently dealt with my request with minimum of fuss.

Not only great for the elderly, but for the disabled too. After breaking my back I needed a way of contacting help when I have falls (they happen frequently). This system is perfect. It's on hand 24/7 meaning my family get to relax a bit and I get to stay in my own home independently. Very highly recommended.

I called yesterday to enquire about the ABBY service that Careium offer on line. I was a little concerned as I wanted to switch from Careline to Careium after reading an article from Switch.
Clive Tong was very helpful and explained how I could switch over after my current term ends in June with Careline. He explained the ABBY system, cost and that as I’m diabetic the cost would be VAT exempt. That was news to me. He also immediately set up a basic account for me with a date for a follow up call to finalise the set up and switch over. I’m very impressed with the way my initial enquiry was handled.

I fell and was unable to get up. I had to hit the button attached to my wrist and pray help would soon arrive. It did and Sadie Younas arrived and soon got me on my feet and took care of me. I'm very grateful Sadie!! Thank you!

Quickly spoke to a person who was immediately able to resolve my situation. The easiest company I have dealt with all day on the same topic of having to close an account following a bereavement. Exactly what you need when times are tough.

I initially spoke with DENYS, who connected me with Clive Tong, with whom I discussed the service provided and how I could get the emergency service.
I could not send back the ABBY onboarding form, nor send in my photo. Clive took my info over the phone and is arranging for a completed form to be sent to me for signature.
Without the help of Denys and Clive, I would not have been able to sign on for the emergency assistance.

Unhelpful support staff. I share caring responsibilities for my 94 yr old mother. I was contacted by Careium about replacement of analogue equipment with digital equipment. I still work and it's not always possible , or convenient to take a call at work. Eventually , I spoke to Ahmed at Careium with a view to arranging an appointment for the upgrade. No explanation was offered of what was involved , how the equipment would now work (I found that out on the website). I was told that an engineer, independent of Carium, must carry out the work but Careium can't specify at what time , even whether it will be morning or afternoon. I explained that I don't live at the property and it is extremely inconvenient to wait in a whole day for a promised phone call giving me 30 minutes warning of the impending call. It was clear to me that Ahmed couldn't care less, he's done his part in arranging the appointment and is no longer interested in any inconvenience this causes me. I see from reading other reviews that Careium is supposedly a wonderful , caring company that goes out of its way to assist its customers. That's not my experience at all, they couldn't care less.

I rang this company (Careium) which was 2nd on my list of 6 to get a quote for a personal Alarm for my husband.
I spoke with a lovely young lady called Sophie Farrant.
She was so warm and friendly but remained professional at all times.
She explained everything to me and listened and answered all my questions.
Her customer care was 2nd to none.
Needless to say I didn’t continue down my list and I ordered the personal Alarm whilst on the phone.
Thank you Sophie, you are lovely.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the setting up of the contract to the termination everything was dealt with professionally and everyone was helpful and kind. Denys Oleksiienko in the Finance Department was very polite and kind when speaking with him on cancelling the contact. Many thanks to all the staff.

Our current care link provider had given notice to end its service and so having reviewed our options we decided to make arrangements with Careium who collected all the necessary information and confirmed that a Elisa would be delivered within the next three days unfortunately the unit did not arrive and as time was running out we contacted Careium to raise our concerns and thankfully Amy Woolett in customer service came to the rescue and quickly made all the necessary arrangements to have the unit delivered the next day she also ensured its arrival confirming delivery and offered any additional support this was extremely important to us and we’re very grateful for her professional support and conduct in this matter

Always been good. Cancelled service today as husband has gone into full time residential care. Would definitely use them for myself if it was ever needed.
