I recently wrote a poor review for MariesCrossStitch which I wish to retract as I didn’t have the full information regarding my order. I’ve received a lovely phone call & everything has been explained to me to my satisfaction. My sincere apologies for jumping the gun before I had all the details. All the time I’ve ordered from Marie’s I’ve never had any problems & would recommend them every time. Once again my apologies.

I always use Marie's cross stitch for my threads. They stock everything and send out very quickly.
Communication from them is great.
I wouldn't go anywhere else.
To the few negative reviews, I would suggest that may be a delivery issue out of the companies control because orders get dispatched and sent very quickly.

No confirmation of a very big order in the 8 days since payment. I checked with the bank defo took the money. No word from them at all. Not good enough

Unfortunately the wrong item was sent out (very quickly!) which was disappointing, but the service from the team was brilliant. They got back to me really quickly, were genuinely apologetic and resolved the issue for me. Would recommend and will use again.

They are doing well because they look after their customers keep theminformed about ordering. You can always chat with them about any queries, just a brilliant company to order from.

Everything comes neatly packaged up and I love the fact that it’s all recycled…the packaging that is.

I love to shop at maries cross-stitch because they have a vast range and they send them so quick, the prices are great to.

Being new to Cross stich I was unsure what number of threads I would need to complete my project. I contacted Marie's Cross Stich and they were just amazing, sorted everything out for me, placed the order and I paid over the phone. It couldn't haven't been easier.

Very fast service, even with second class delivery. Would definitely use this company again in the future.
