Buyer beware
Placed an order which was sent out, two items missing, 15 emails later I was informed it would be sorted, it hasnt so i have requested full refund for the missing items so will wait and see if that happens

As stated on our website, orders with over 50% of items available will still be shipped, and any out-of-stock items are refunded. We do recommend adding reserve items to help avoid disappointment where possible.
We’re unsure why you felt the matter was not being addressed, as all emails sent to us were responded to by our team.

Dream Fish delivered perfectly
I ordered a very rare fish and was not hopeful. Then I got an email stating order sent. Very happy with the fish he looks very healthy and alert and eating straight away. A big thank you to Marine world Aquatics to make this possible. I will be purchasing more form this company also I highly recommend them to friends and family.

Three new fish delivered in perfect…
Three new fish delivered in perfect condition, Y tang, R damsel and domino damsel. The box was packed and heated. I’m really happy with the delivery and fish. MWA, really have done an excellent service.
