This review refers to Lawrence Beaumont, the mortgage adviser who Mark put me in touch with. Lawrence helped my partner and I purchase a new home in Yorkshire. It was a complicated process, as it involved the remortgage of flat I own in Deptford, the sale of my partner's house in York and a separate mortgage to cover the difference! Lawrence worked really hard to secure us the best deals with lenders and was really responsive in his communication. The stars aligned for us and we moved in last September. Lawrence was the key facilitator and I can wholly recommend his services. We are very grateful to have been put in touch with him.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mark and his team. From the moment I began the process of selling my property, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and consistently reassuring. They kept me informed at every stage, addressed all my questions promptly, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire journey. Mark Beaumont the company and Mark Beaumont the man himself are a credit to the estate agent profession and have far outstripped our expectations as purchasers of our first home. They were even handed in facilitating negotiations and were instrumental in securing what was by all accounts a speedy transaction that concluded in approximately eight weeks (and a day before the Christmas holidays began). We thank Mark and his family company for their assistance. While we have no intentions of moving again in the foreseeable future, despite my likely inclination to try and sell the property myself, I would be hard pressed not to instruct Mark Beaumont as our agents on an onward sale.

This is the first time I have used Mark Beaumont Estate Agents for the sale of a property. Although, I had met him (Mark) 15 years before when I purchased a property as he was the agent acting for the seller.

Mark is a very experienced estate agent. Equally, he has a very able team behind him.

I can say as a buyer and seller that he is really easy to work with and has the ability to build a good rapport with the people he is working with.

I found that he represented my interest in accordance with instructions and he was able to accurately predict the state of the market and advise accordingly. I found the advice he gave was intelligible.

I found him to be a skilful advocate when marketing my property, able to articulate concisely its unique features and characteristics.

Without the involvement of Mark and Maria, I can’t be 100% certain we would have got over the finishing line. I recently purchased a property that Mark's estate agent had put on the market and honestly it was the best decision ever.

I was new to the area but loved the house and the road. When I met with Mark to view the property he was not only knowledgable on the property history, the improvements needed, but gave a really in depth talk on the local area and the amenities that surround it. You can tell when someone has a real passion for their job but also the area that they sell in.

One thing that stood out was his suggestions on the property and how you could potentially maximise the space for example a loft extension.

When the offer was accepted, his team were very thorough and timely in their responses to all my queries. I could also tell that the seller was also very happy and comfortable with their services. Maria in the admin team was also very lovely and helpful when I had concerns.

At completion, he provided me with a gift package which was very thoughtful and it had some nice gems in there including discounts on home goods which is definitely going to be handy!
