Cheaper than expected, arrived before I needed it.very good but difficult to put together.

I bought an Ado Air this week. I had a few questions in the run up to making the purchase. The customer service has been excellent and once ordered the bike arrived promptly. I would highly recommend Markshop to other people

Markshop have great communication, my bike was well priced, very fast dispatch and very well packaged. The Ado Air 20 Pro E-bike was relatively easy to assemble as most of it was done for you and had everything that was needed in the box. I took my bike for a test ride today and it was really enjoyable: very nice to ride and the gears smoothly kicked in when needed. But the bike is heavy if, like me, you have to carry it up and down 2 flights of stairs. I'm a 5"3, 61 year old female and whilst it is do-able, it's a bit of a challenge. But it is definitely lighter than a lot of the other e-bikes out there. It is a really nice bike though. And Markshop are a really nice shop to deal with. I would definitely use them again and wholeheartedly recommend their shop and the Ado 20 pro. Cheers.

Wat een super webshop zeg! Ik had een onderdeel nodig voor mijn fatbike. Deze was hier het goedkoopst. In Nederland vragen ze er de helft meer voor. Eerst was er een verkeerd onderdeel verstuurd. Contact opgenomen en er werd vrijwel meteen terug geantwoord. Ook meteen werd het juiste onderdeel toegestuurd. Het contact verliep heel erg goed. Top mensen. Heb nu het juiste onderdeel binnen. En de verkeerde mag ik gewoon houden. Waar vind je nu nog zulke goede service. Bedankt! Ik zal zeker vaker bij jullie blijven bestellen.

Mark shop in my opinion is a thoroughly excellent company, one that has honesty along with integrity.
I purchased Two electric ADO bikes from them at a good competitive price.
They were deliverd very quickly and packaged really well but one of them was slightly damaged. Markshop took this on with A Decce Oasis themselves as the defect was at manufacure, obtaining a most satisfactory outcome.
A week later another fault with a manufacturer supplied extra, the magnetic buckle caused painwork damage. ADO supplied a new modified version of the magnetic catch and Markshop refunded the cost at their personal loss.
I did read that Markshop puts customer service as a priority and my dealing with them sort of underlines that statement.
Well done Markshop I recommend your business 100%

Great service in finding replacement parts

I reached out for information markshop replied with in the hour with awnsers so i made a purchases of a engwe ep-2 pro this was on the friday and i took delivery on the Tuesday what more can i say
