My ADO Air 20 Pro arrived as promised pretty smoothly. When I had a query about the set up of the bike MarkShop got back to me very swiftly and resolved the issue. The bike was straightforward to assemble.

Delivered on time but after sales is lacking
My order was delivered in a timely manor and the bike was in excellent condition. However, the communication was sadly lacking I asked several times for some information regarding the bike which I never received, I hope the bike doesn't get a fault as the after sales seems to be very poor.

Hi I did order 2 freewheel and never received them what happened ? They send me just the code 6544 to send the money through and I received nothing ? I did send my bank statement when i pay for 2 freewheel from your app ? They didn’t send me reference number

We never received the order from you until now, we have checked our site again and again, but we can not find your order unfortunately. Can you provide and confirm your order number which starts MASP please? You will receive a confirmation email with the order number once you place the order successfully. Also, the Fiido freewheel is out of stock status which can not be ordered from us, please make sure you are finding the correct seller.
