I was first recommended to visit Marlow's 25 years ago and have travelled from the Lake District to Birmingham on numerous occasions to purchase jewellery to mark special milestones and celebrations. Most recently, I visited on Saturday to buy a special gift for my wife's 50th birthday. Within minutes of our arrival, despite us being uncertain about exactly what we were looking for, Marianne expertly guided us and selected the perfect piece. In addition to helping us find an ideal ring, Marianne kindly arranged for the jewellery we were wearing to be cleaned and adjusted, providing an exceptional level of customer service throughout our visit. Once again, we left delighted with both our purchase and the overall experience. Marianne's professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding. I cannot recommend Marianne and Marlow's highly enough and would not hesitate to return for future purchases.

A huge thank you to Linda for her wonderful help in finding the most beautiful eternity ring and helping me upgrade my engagement ring. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole experience really enjoyable.
