Excellent quality & service.

Always a great service with Marqetplace, I use them for all of my print orders from both myself and the clients that I work with.

I have used Marqetspace for quite a few years now and have also recommended them. On the whole they have been brilliant and where other competitors have supplied poor quality print these guys consistently deliver. The chat function is helpful and they are very good value for money. The artwork approval can sometimes be a little painful - it flags up if you haven't used their templates - even when you have! But apart from that they are really great. So it pains me to knock off a star but if you do have an issue - its like they will do their best to not reprint the job! I recently had an issue with 3 sets of cards, when I checked the boxes some of the cards in one box, the colour variation was very noticeable different to the others. Now if this had been another one of my suppliers, I can guarantee they would look at the photos and say we will reprint for you. Not Marqetspace. They want further evidence. More photos of more cards or they want you to return the entire box (at your expense) so they can 'investigate it'! (which means they may not even reprint it - resulting in a further delay!) Both not possible as my client needed the cards and had been delivered. This is only the second issue (in over 4 years) I have had with colour variation. The first one they reprinted, this one I got a 25% print credit for the job (a whopping £10.27) Luckily my client was ok with the cards but it's a shame that Marqetspace are not more on the side of their loyal customers. I felt like they didn't believe me! As a professional I only care about the quality of print I give to my clients. I am not after freebies or print credits. I'm too busy to 'try it on' with suppliers. Yet that is the way they make you feel. At the end of the day it was a production issue and not an artwork issue. I understand there will always be some variation in print but I expect an entire print batch to all be the same when they are printed together. It's certainly left a bitter sweet taste in my mouth this time.

I really want to give 5* but you are let down with the print preview facility after the artwork is uploaded. Landscape business cards remain portrait, the files look corrupted (but are not) and/or the image is pushed to the bottom left corner of the preview box and reduced to an itsy-bitsy fleck of spider kak.
I have given up trying to figure it out and just click for you lot to sort it at your end which you do..not distressing just a bit meh.

99.9% of orders are on time or early, proofing is quick and instant quotes are useful. Excellent service!

God awful. Cocked up so many jobs now and impossible to deal with. Staff insist on reading the same crap off a screen rather than putting solutions in place.

I used Marqetspace a lot until recently when two orders arrived with a white border on various sides of the documents. Having spoken with them, they tried to say the files were incorrect that was supplied - despite other orders being completed perfectly. The lady on the phone also advised that they cannot guarantee the cutting process will be perfect!!

After spending a lot of money with them, it's a shame that loyalty is not appreciated and I have chosen to move away from this company. The prices are competitive but for me, quality is far more important, something which Marqetspace lacks.

Great value for money and product options.

Good for getting prices and due dates urgently, the live chat is also useful. Rarely have print issues too and prices are competitive.

The speed of the website needs improving though, it seems to freeze all the time which is frustrating

Great quality print, low costs and brilliant delivery options. A wide range of products that cover most of our printing and signage needs with more being added all the time. Fantastic customer service too with any problems being resolved quickly via the chat widget.
