Don and Curtis from Martindales did a great job of replacing my uPVC door following a break-in at my property.
They were both very professional and fitted a good quality replacement door, taking away the old one and clearing away any mess.

I cannot recommend Martindales more
I cannot recommend Martindales more! They removed our broken door, they fitted a temporary one and then finally installed our amazing new door. Graham and Ian are incredibly professional, kind, polite and friendly. They have done an amazing and clean job, which is far more than I was expecting.
Our door now looks amazing!

Post burglary glass repairs
Don and and Curtis arrived on time. They were friendly and tidy. Two glass door panels replaced and minor fame repair. Happy with speed and level of service provided following a burglary. All handled by our insurers (Hastings)

Outstanding service from start to finish.
Sadly, the police had to smash through my mum's door frame following her sudden death. Living 2.5 hours away and feeling very unsafe with the thin bit of wood covering the door put there for an emergency gap, Martindales were tasked with the repair by the insurance company.
Andy Butler came out to conduct the survey and was sympathetic, professional and gave me clear information about the next part of the process.
I then had another Andy visit to secure the door frame from the inside with another piece of wood until a new door could be fitted. He took his time getting it just right and sealing it. I felt far safer afterwards.
I was worried that they wouldn't be able to fit a new door frame in time because I was running out of time before I had to leave the property empty and return home. The staff in the office were brilliant and did everything they could to help me in my circumstances.
Today, just 6 days from the original call, Andy and Tyler arrived with the new door and frame. I cannot praise their professionalism highly enough. They took such pride in their work and it looks amazing. I'm not only pleased with the quality of the door, but with the exceptional service I have had. Andy and Tyler were polite, professional and an absolute credit to Martindales. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company and to praise them for their fantastic staff.

Today I received my repaired stain glass window. It took a while because it wasover the Christmas period but everything was done exactly as promised and on the day it was promised. No waiting around, no disappointment. Very happy with the outcome and the service.
