Awesome customer service and communication!
I purchased a jade Buddha pendant from Mays Gems and the whole experience was excellent from my initial enquiry to receiving the product. Cathy was very responsive and even did a video of the pendant so I was able to see the size etc. Once ordered, I received the product quickly and it was beautifully packaged and presented with a lovely note from Cathy and a complimentary silver chain. Awesome experience and you know the jade is genuine. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Jade Bracelets, Even Better in Person!
Product Quality:
The bracelets are beautiful and feel well-crafted, with a rich green colour that looks stunning. On the website, the jade appeared almost white in the photos (advertised pale green), so I was pleasantly surprised to find that, in person, the bracelets are a much deeper green. I understand that screen colour accuracy can be the cause.
Shipping & Packaging:
The international shipping process was smooth, with my order arriving on time and well-packaged to prevent any damage. Given the delicate nature of jade, the secure packaging was much appreciated.
Overall Experience:
Despite the colour difference, I’m thrilled with how these bracelets look and feel. They exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely consider shopping here again in the future.

Loving the jade bangle!
Happy with the bangle. It was very well packaged in a jewelry gift box and also came in with a prompt delivery service. The bangle looks modern and elegant. I will highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality jade jewelries.

Returned wrong size bangle
Had to return a bangle because it was a wrong size and the communication between Cathy and myself was fantastic, I'm waiting for my replacement Bangle to be delivered in the next couple of days. I will be definitely shopping with Mays again.

I received 2 beautiful Jade bangles within a short period after ordering them online.
I missed the discount specials they were offering but was able to accommodate my request for a discount because it was my birthday!!! I am very happy with the bangles. They are beautiful and true to the description given online.
This is my third Jade bangle from Mays. I trust this site and will not hesitate to purchase again in the future. Highly recommended. If you want quality Jade bangles at affordable and reasonable prices, this is where you should buy them.
