We noted that you have purchased a 'Valued jade bangle' with micro stonelines (which is noted on the product description on our website). Please allow us to explain that jadeite is a natural gemstone, and by nature they often come with flaws such as stonelines and imperfections. These flaws are inherent to the natural formation of the jade and are part of its charm and character. Valued jade bangle like the one you have purchased often would have flaws compared to a Fine jade bangle.

However, we understand your disappointment, and we apologise for any misunderstanding. As we are committed to make our customers satisfied with our products, we recommend you return your order back to us.
