Purchased a beautiful light green…
Purchased a beautiful light green bangle but unfortunately it was a bit small due to my own measuring error. Contacted Wei and explained the situation and Wei was more than happy to exchange it for a correct size. I sent the original bangle back on a Friday and received my new larger bangle the following Tuesday another equally beautiful bangle. Excellent customer service, will definitely buy again.

Stellar product and service. Website provided very helpful information not just about the product but other insights that help the customer. I feel I made an intelligrnt and well-informed choice. Second time you sent me out the same bangle same size as first..
When I informed you that I had broken it, you offered me a third one for half price!!! Bad business... you should have given me one for at least the price you were willing to take off the third bangle, even
if you sent me out one at $50 dollers you would have wone a customer..
You had the cheek to tell me at $250..You're bangles are flawed

Firstly, we didn't take it upon ourself to send you any bangle. We sent you the exact bangle that was ordered and chosen by you. When you notify us that it was too small, I spent 20mins over the phone to guide you through the sizing process and found a similar bangle that's ~5mm bigger (from 54mm to a 59mm) than the previous bangle according to the palm measurement that you took. Please feel free to weigh or size the bangle to see if it's the same before bluntly accusing us.
Then you had dropped and broke the bangle into pieces. Out of goodwill, I offered a replacement of your choice at a special price for the unfortunate mishap which we took no part in.
How can you expect us (or any other shop) to give away a free bangle because you had it broken into pieces?
