Very Poor Customer Service
I sent a small box to my daughter in Washington DC (USA) that contained 4 boxes granola and some tee shirts to give to family members. At the counter, the box was opened to make sure the contents were as described. They checked to see if there would be any no customs restrictions and was advised it could be sent. The box cost £87 with FedEx and it was expected to be delivered at the end of November 2025. It never cleared customs and was returned to the UK 2 weeks ago. It sat around in MailBox Etc for a week and I was not contacted. I only found out when I went there to inquire about the long delay in the delivery. My complaint is that the manager should have contacted me and told me the package was returned. There is no excuse for poor customer service and I received no compensation after paying £87 for a service that was not fulfilled.

Unfortunately, the parcel was returned by US Customs due to specific FDA requirements for the contents, which is a process outside of our direct control. While we are unable to offer a refund for the initial shipping costs, we have waived the additional return-to-sender charges as a gesture of goodwill. We appreciate your feedback and regret that this shipment couldn't be completed as planned.

Best team in the business
Ling, Sohrab & Selina are the best customer service I have ever deal with. Efficient, fast and super friendly. They explain al the options for sendign and when something goes wrong (not often!) they take ownership and help solving the issues with no drama and as quickly as possible.

Excellent work for a community council
Merchiston Districts Community Council has used Mailboxes in Morningside Edinburgh for printing leaflets, postcards, laminated posters and fliers for various projects over the past 3 years. All the work has been done promptly, professionally and with care for the final product.
