I have been searching for a source of good Haggis and also Black Pudding for years. The supermarkets (in England) stock items that 'give me no pleasure to eat' - to put it politely. McCaskie's were superb! I will be back from more, and will explore your other offerings. Thank you, Marc.

With only a week's notice, I tried to order a delivery of haggis to South West England for Burns Night. I ordered and paid and then realised the delivery date was 12 February. Contacted them immediately (Sunday evening) and to my surprise had a prompt reply from Helen, who arranged for my delivery for the Friday. Haggis was tasty, as were the mutton pies. Fantastic customer service, thanks Helen!

I ordered £62 worth of haggis products for a belated family burns night. I have ordered from the company before and found the food lovely, the haggis, bridies and haggis balls were excellent so I decided to purchase more for our family gathering. Upon arrival two packs of the haggis balls were not sealed appropriately and as I had no idea how long these were exposed to the elements was not prepared to take any chances, I immediately contacted the company and requested a refund for the meagre £14 that these two packs cost, my request was refused because Nigel said he packed the items himself and that meant they would be fine, I challenged this because I was not present when the items were boxed up and therefore I had no idea whether they were properly sealed or not when they were placed in the box. Nigel appears completely ignorant of the consumer rights act 2015 and as a result I have had to escalate the matter. The food when packaged properly is lovely the customer service however leaves an awful lot to be desired, they may have won haggis of the year in 2025 but I would seriously suggest you look elsewhere for your Scottish fare.

good butcher shop but shame about the owners nigel is nothing but a bully who bully's his staff and makes out on social media he is all about his team, during lockdown nigel wouldn't even supply his staff with any soup or anything that was being made instead he would charge them if your off sick your getting phone calls to get to work the man and his mother are terrible no care for staff at all he likes to put a show on

Came across this company by accident a couple of months ago and have to say they are excellent The meat is always perfect and having used a number of online companies before these are the best by far. Contact and any after sales is always spot on

Absolutely astounding Customer service after a problem with the delivery service. Quickly and efficiently resolved with a very friendly staff.
The meat is the best I have tasted and virtually no smell when opening the packs. Packaged well to make sure it stays fresh.
I can honestly say I have no qualms and will be using again and again.
