Was out in McDonad's Bray over the weekend.Not one I am in that often.Service and food decent enough but the toilets really need a overhaul.Speaking for the gents of course it's very pokey and badly designed.Two cubicles and two urinals but they are all so closely grouped together hard to avoid banging your knee or back of leg opening or closing the door in.

Self service order, wouldn't accept voucher code. Staff unable to assist. Didn't have time to discuss, paid full price. Next time I'll just use KFC next door.

Clondalkin branch a joke always messing up orders and making customers drive back from home just to get the right items

The car queue was ridiculously long, so I decided to park and go inside to place my order. Inside, it felt like chaos—no visible management, and some staff were actually playing chase around the restaurant! It honestly looked more like a school playground than a professional establishment. Suddenly, the long car queue made perfect sense. As for the food, it was just okay, nothing special. Definitely an experience I won’t forget anytime soon!

Ingelby road this morning ordered my usual food and took it home took one bite and christ all I could taste was disinfectant it's disgusting .didn't return as there attitude is crap

The steakhouse rack was simply diagusting. The peppercorn sauce was incompatible with the lettuce. It was bitter and I only ate it because i was starving. Awful!

McDonald’s Drogheda keeps messing up orders. I waited over an hour and a half for a delivery, then had to go pick it up myself. The manager told me he couldn’t see the Just Eat orders, even though they definitely can. That didn’t help, and I ended up having to buy my food all over again. When I got home, I realized they left an entire meal out of the bag. I usually don’t complain, but this is just ridiculous. You’d think they could get a simple order right. And this isn’t the first time it’s happened.

Myself and my kids went to McDonald's in Killarney a few weeks ago for breakfast and my kid actually found what looked like a tooth in his sausage burger 🤮 won't be going back

Seriously bad customer service and the the toilets are filthy. The bins aren't emptied on a daily basis so you can just imagine the level of hygiene preparing food in the SuperValu McDonald's. It made me feel sick and I won't be returning to the branch ever again!!!!!!!!!!!;

Was fine but thay need to clean thair tables and toilets.bins over flowing with rubbish and toilets are not always clean and smell like vomit and tablets are sticky my boyfriend went to use the bathroom and the disabled toilet lock was broken

I drove through Cashel drive through Mcdonalds. Chips were nice and hot, big mac wrap and nuggets were STONE cold. Tasted disgusting. The queue was too long to drive back and wait for it to be changed so ate the food. Feel sick after it. Mcdonalds is really going downhill.

i LOVE THE FOOD BUT THE APP IS A DISASTER. i USED TO HANG ON TO THE RECEIPTS FOR THE MCFOOD FOR THOUGHTS BUT THE 16 DIGIT CODES ARE ILLEGIBLE. MCDONALDS SAVING MONEY ON INK?

I went to McDonald's Artane. No one served me at the intercom so I drove up to the window to order my food. The girl was very nice there. When I went to the window to collect my food the girl had stuffed all of my food into one bag and I told her it would burst. So I asked her to double bag it. I knew by the face on her she was going to do something wrong so she purposely pulled the strap off the other carrier bag. I was left fuming as I live on the third floor of a apartment block.

They won't give me my minecraft toy after I ordered the minecraft movie meal.
Employees are rude teenagers after they wouldn't give me my toy they harassed me and when my friend ordered he was yelled at for not hearing the number.
Chargers are broken and they wouldn't give me my nether flame sauce, instead they gave me sweet curry sauce, it was disgusting 😤.

Constantly fkin up the order, got SALAD(who even buys it, just dry leaves in a box), instead of fries even though I asked for fries. No salt, No Sauce, No sugar for coffee or milk, just bare minimum for some wild prices. Essentially paid 13 euro for a burger and plain coffee? WILD.

Top part of a Big Mac missing!!!!
We ordered a few items yesterday on drive through. Came back home to eat them and when I opened the box with Big Mac there was top bun missing.We live quite a distance from McDonald's Tralee so we didn't want to waste our time coming back as other food we ordered would be cold by the time so I ate that Big Mac but it is unacceptable. How the staff could pack a Big Mac without a top bun do the box and serve it to the customer is just unbelievable!

Dirty, nasty. That's probably all i can say about this pit. I remember, when they used to look out for the sanitary conditions of their places. Now I can't even enjoy a burger in there

I ordered stuff and my Mcchicken sandwich didn’t have mayo I specifically asked for only mayo that’s it right,It’s a simple task. They need to teach the new employees before they lose a customer.

it's not ok to order food and then not only wait for it for 30-40 min, but you also have to go and wash your hands and you have to look at this WC...... Man it take away all the desire to have a burger there
