Waited 40 minutes for my simple order of a Big Mac meal and 6 nuggets. Too many just-eat couriers lining up for their orders and not enough staff on in McDonald's. One staff member was about to snap under the pressure.

Stop making your burger patties so paper thin.

I always seem to be missing an item from my order during these busy times. Is the company run by clowns or what? Oh.. wait.

Always forgets something in drive through awful mc Donald’s forgot to put in two fulls meals ! Where does there mind be at in that place no straws forgot milk wrong drinks every time

Tables uncleared. Floor sticky and greasy
A treat for three granddaughters was such a disappointment.
Staff were very nice and food was good but the ambiance is so off putting I will not return

The chips were two oily and the burger was slapped on with ketchup. I also ordered another burger with bacon and it came with no bacon at all. Could’ve, been way better.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through at portlaoise for two double cheeseburgers as they said they were cooking the burgers when they finally came the burgers were cold obviously they had been stood for some time and forgot about, no apologies for waiting, when I took them back in and complained, was asked do you want two more no apologies i declined and got a refund, i only had one mouthful and vomited a. Carrick mines branch consistently bad out of hours, customer service tried pawning me off with free meal. Keep your freebie’s and work on the issue is what I would be doing terrible branch manager must be shocking as I could only order chicken! If they can’t even get the basics like having enough stock I think they need change in management I’d like to apply for the job actually I mean if I could get the correct stock needed in I’d already surpass the old manager I’d be amazing huh? Imagine a manger capable of hiring someone to keep the correct stock.. it’s not exactly Elon musk level of a problem but none the less it is a high level of annoyance and the fix is here’s a free happy meal OH CHICKEN ONLY remember only serving nuggets and tenders 😂

If I could rate it zero I definitely would. Waiting 3hrs for 1 extra value meals. An absolute sham and no thought for the customer. I think they all need training in how to operate a business and deal with the public. 0/10. A bunch of amateurs

Absolutely terrible service in macdonalds citywest staff not willing to even speak to you after 20 min wait they tried to give me chips that had been sitting in a bag waiting on burgers 4 others customers complained about service won't be back

i waited 15 minutes for my ducking chicken burger and i had to ask the people working if its even being made. it was the only order being prepared i had number 82 and it took so long the orders went past 100 into the ducking 30s and when i asked the girl where it was and she asked if i payed for it. I am appalled by the service at this grafton street macdonalds ducking evey single one of the people working there except the security

I went to McDonalds today with a few of my classmates and had an awful experience. We used the screens to purchase our food and they were adding things to the basket we didn’t even want. We were getting out food and one of the staff members was screaming at people about orders it was very unpleasant and not only did he do that but continued to roll his eyes at customers and sigh in their faces. After we ate our food we went to the bathroom and the floor was extremely sticky one of my classmates shoe stuck to the floor and there was chips thrown all over the floor. The bathroom was a disgrace there was remains of peoples waste all around the toilet we were so disgusted. We waiting in line for our free hot drink and waited 10 minutes before we got served and while we waiting the workers in the kitchen were talking and dancing and watching us as we waiting and still no one came and when they did come they had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. They clearly have never heard of the saying ‘service with a smile’ because there was no smiling at that til as far as I could see.

Was in mcdonalds in clontarf dublin today terrible service staff were so rude when they shouted out number and we took our food they rolled their eyes the hygiene of the area was disgusting fries everywhere tables hadnt been cleaned since i dont no when toilets absolutely vile couldnt use them,they are obviously not following the HACCP procedures .just not very nice if your giving them your money youd like a bit if respect its not that hard . the staff was very rude, rolled there eyes at customers shook there heads ,the floors were sticky there was fries lying on the
floor upstairs from the day before as it was morning when i visited,the toilets were absolutely disgusting there was an explosion in them and they weren’t cleaned very bad hygiene would not recommend

Staff were dancing around in the back of the kitchen and 4 were in a huddle talking in plain view of the customers

Big Mac wasn’t plain , nuggets were cold

This was just disappointing, I didn’t bother going back in just Incase I had to wait and other half an hour

Tables all filthy bins spilling over boxes and paper all over the floor. Too busy serving just eat deliveroo eat to care about actual diners in the restaurant.

Minderwertige Qualitaet, was in Werbung im Fernseher und ich live erlebt hab der Unterschied Tag und Nacht. Ich werde nie wieder von McDonalds kaufen.

The new cheees burgers just taste of onion now so will not be eating there any more and there smaller Blackpool.
