Simple to use straight from the box and despite its function a relatively elegant design which blends into the home. The WiFi interface is a useful and annoying tool as we can stop finding out what the humidity is even when at work. Good purchase.

Although the shopping experience was efficient the product was poor -a replacement filter cage for my Ebac dehumidifier. Unlike the original it doesn’t fit well into the machine as some of the plastic edges are not flush and as with the original version it’s practically impossible to open to fit the new carbon filter. A lot of swearing and sore fingers!

Another excellent machine from EBAC (e4250) Does what it says but did find it initially difficult to get going due to lack of detailed instructions.

Easy purchase and fast delivery my Ebac replaces a similar model over fourteen years old, if anything it is less noisy than prvious model and if it lasts a similar length of time I will be a happy beaver

I purchased a replacement filter for my dehumidifier from Ebac and sincerely recommend ordering from Ebac for their products and good customer service.

I am really impressed with Ebac due to the amount of effort they have put into providing a well thought-out means for delivering their products to consumers.

Once I made my purchase from Ebac they kept me informed of when the product had been dispatched which was good because then I knew when to start to looking out for the delivery person. Then they provided me with an eta (estimated time of arrival) for my delivery which was a one hour window, which is much better than the average services that can only indicate if the delivery will arrive in the morning or afternoon.

Ebac also notified me of the company used to carry out the delivery, DPD. I was impressed with DPD. With DPD the consumer is given the option of downloading their Google app to obtain a more detailed view of my tracking information. I was able track the progress of the driver assigned to deliver my parcel, and the number of scheduled drop-points prior to mine.

The Google app (for the delivery company, Dpd) was easy to install, very stable, and proved to be quick and easy to use. I entered a few details to create a user profile and I was up and running in a matter of minutes. The app gave me the option of being able to supply additional instructions to the driver which is really useful. I didn't need to use or even install the app and but it gave me that extra bit of assurance of when my parcel would arrive.

i am sure the product is excellent BUT I cannot review your product as the useless delivery company has not delivered your product yet.
They cancelled the first delivery date a week ago, on the day of delivery, they have now cancelled the second delivery date on the day of delivery, BECAUSE THEY HAVE DAMAGED THE PRODUCT. USELESS ARROW XL

The dehumidifier filters were despatched promptly as usual. Always had excellent customer service from Ebac.

I own several Ebac dehumidifiers and they are all several years old and continue to work as well as the day I bought them new. Having owned other brands the Ebac models have proven themselves to superior just needing to be plugged in and placed in high or low to deal with humidity, which they are very effective at. I aim to add an Ebac washing machine to my stable as they are far more conservation minded than many of the now throw away white goods that are on the market. Great job Ebac British made and British jobs ticks all my boxes.

I cannot comment on the product as it was for my daughter. However I have had mine for many years and its still working fine. Delivered promptly and kept informed.

I already have 2 of your dehumidifiers that have been working well. This third one for my daughter because in winter they are excellent for drying clothes. Also keeping condensation of the windows. The purchase of your dehumidifiers is because they are made in UK instead of China.

The last dehumidifier from ebac lasted 10 years so there was no problem choosing another, this one is very quiet and easy to understand instruction booklet.
Also it has a 3 year guarantee which is a bargain. Also ordering from ebac it was cheaper than amazon.

I got my filters for my two 2650e units they turned night into DAY The delivery of them was great (2days) The units work like NEW thank you Bob
