Not happy for results

Superb service and excellent tests for all over health check.

Comprehensive and helpful screening.
After an efficiently organised blood test I received a very detailed report on a very comprehensive blood screening. It was very easy to understand and informative. Well worth it.

It’s a very thorough test with details explained result, which helps me and my doctor to understand my body more.

The appointment process was easy and the results were through within 24 hours with a report attached

Had to wait far,far too long for results - compared to other travellers was about the longest.
Rest of my party received expected response time...my result ( = inconclusive) RECEIVED MUCH later....surely other way round makes sense.
Had to rush around in the short time you left me to find another test centre who could (and did ) complete in time. Involved a 2 hour round trip ,plus ANOTHER £150..!!!!
Thank you Melio...already started NOT recommending you,and will continue to do so...verbally,and on media....

I really enjoyed using this service - staff were friendly and efficient and understood my worries and concerns. The blood test was straightforward and it was so interesting to see my results, which arrived very quickly. I now feel much better informed about my health, and have identified some steps I can take to feel better in myself!

My experience with Melio health was splendid.

I got an appointment very easily and the blood test was performed well (after some direction from me as to the best place to get blood from!). Initial results came through a lot quicker than expected (within a couple of days) and I received a full doctor's commentary a couple of weeks later. It is incredibly difficult to get an appointment at my local GP practice, so I very much appreciated the opportunity for this health check, which has flagged up a couple of things for me to pick up with my own doctor. I feel better prepared for a discussion with my own practice.

Easy and thorough way to stay on top of your health!

I needed this test to use as a comparison with one I had done at GP.
At Melio Health I was informed by text what was happening at each stage, after the blood had been taken.
The blood test was taken on Friday and full results by email on Monday evening with an explanation of the ranges - also important to me.
Advice about how I should proceed was also given by the doctor.
All in all, a professional, stress-free and reassuring service. Thank you.

I did a simple blood test, which gave me an insight into my current health. As I already knew what symptoms I already been having. I was not very surprised with the results. But having said that. If I was unaware of my health, then this test is absolutely vital and very useful. As you can take Control and take any necessary action to improve your health.

Easy to use and fast, comprehensive results

Have only given 3 stars as we booked for 4 people who were due to travel on early Sunday morning.
Appointments were from 11am consecutively on Friday morning
Results received by 3pm following day. 3 acceptable 1 inconclusive. Unable to make contact with Melio, were advised a doctor would be in touch within 24_hours, no good to us as result needed immediately.
Had to then drive over an hour to get a further test elsewhere, where a result would be provided by midnight, so we would know if we could travel.
We explained what had happened, may have been due to blood from blowing nose prior to original test as it was done twice. They took careful sample and provided negative result costing a further £158!
Not impressed, would not recommended , should have gone there for first test but chose a local service from Superdrug York.
