I love my experience with Melio the rest came back before the time I was told

It was so easy to make my appointment at the time which suited me best. My appointment was on time with a friendly and efficient nurse who explained the procedure thoroughly. The whole appointment was completed within twenty minutes. My results were delivered online around six days later.

It took too long to get my results over the advertised 6 days

Overall I am happy with the blood test results but the time frame for the results was appalling. When you are having a time sensitive test like myself (I was pregnant and testing for Down’s syndrome) having 4.5 weeks between taking the bloods and the result is definitely below par. I would expect better from a private health service . When I voiced this I was promised a 20% refund but nothing ever came of it?
Thankfully when the results did come through they seemed ok but with a test that is supposed to have a high specificy I expected more details than “unlikely”. I mean is that 1 in 100? Is that a 0.2% chance ?
I wouldn’t recommend you. Your service is awful and the results no more in-depth than a good guess.
