Wish I had checked trust pilot before ordering from this site as it seems others have had the same issue as me. Courier left the parcel hanging out of my letter box, went to go get my parcel only to discover it’s not in my letter box, contacted customer service and got a response from Leigh which was quite patronising telling me that the “courier has to take a photo of the parcel half out of the letter box to prove delivery” which obviously isn’t unheard of, but considering my item isn’t in my letter box it’s clear that they either took it or left it hanging there and someone had stolen it. Leigh then more or less told me they’d raise a claim with Royal Mail but response from them would take long and essentially if Royal Mail doesn’t compensate me for the failure of delivery then that’s that. I had to remind Leigh that my contract and purchase was with memorycow and not Royal Mail therefore under the consumer rights act 2015 memorycow are responsible for ensuring proper delivery. Got a response saying they’d raised the issue with Royal Mail, no comment on my mention of the consumer rights act so I will now wait to see the outcome but based on previous reviews on here looks like I’ll have to file a chargeback with the bank.
A good experience with this company no problems and I received my thumb drive in just a few days everything ok
Ordered a small memory card. Item was sent in an envelope. Courier left the envelope sticking out of letterbox in public display (the letterboxes are outside the building, not in a private space). The envelope went missing. Raised this to LEIGH, the owner and the only worker at this company. I got 1 email response on average every 7 days with no resolution. This issue has been going on for 2/3 months now in which LEIGH constantly delays and makes fake promises. I've now had to resort to filing a payment dispute with my bank as I have still not received the product, and LEIGH, refuses to provide any sort of solution or even respond to enquiries. AVOID SCAM COMPANY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY CLEARLY INCAPABLE OF DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS.
Ordered 2 x 4GB memory for my oldish laptop,used this webste as it came in with a good price and delivery time, items arrived quickly and packed well, fitted and working perfect would not hesitate to use again many thanks

I've had a great experience with this company, they were very accomodating in exchanging some RAM I had issues with (problem was the server) and generally supportive throughout.
All the other items I bought (drives) were reasonably priced and the delivery was as expected.
10/10 would use again.
Memory Cow was the cheapest for a Micro SD card I needed
Although I was concerned by some of the reviews here, I decided to give them a go - and found their service perfect
Ordered a stick of RAM for my laptop. Arrived Promptly with no issues in a little anti static bag.
This company has the worst customer service in the whole UK.
Ordered a flash drive at the beginning at July, after a month I still not received anything.
Royal Mail delivery page shows it was delivered but o. Their map a wrong location is showing, the customer service couldn’t confirm where it was exactly delivered but because Royal Mail showing is delivered MemoryCow don’t do anything, no refund, no replacement. I also asked them to contact with Royal Mail and look this issue further, only the sender can contact, but of course they not interested at all since they got my money nothing they do.
You can not reach them by phone, line is always busy and for emails they only sending the same copy and paste messages.
I disputed the transaction with my bank hopefully they will take back the money from them.
Qvoid this conpany at all cost
I recently bought an 8gb ram card/ chip to upgrade my old G250 hp laptop. The delivery for the item was quick and the product was well protected. I did ask (via message) if the ram chip I bought was the correct model, however I didn't receive any feedback. If you are looking to buy an item from them you probably need to do your homework first ensure it is correct.
Ordered a couple of times recently from MemoryCow, strange name. Managed to get a a couple of sets of ECC memory from them, they were delivered promptly and at a good price.
Order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday guaranteed delivery has not arrived. Two days ago emailed to ask why order was still pending, no response. Emails are being ignored, chat is being ignored, Facebook messages are being ignored, and unreachable by phone. Don't order with this company.
Cannot reply to the seller, NO VAT number was requested. Items were paid for guaranteed next day delivery, no response for three days. If there was an issue with the order why not say? Company is a liar.
UPDATE:
The reply provided below by the seller is false. no vat number was entered as we are not vat registered.Under no circumstances did we enter any VAT number.

Correction to my previous negative review. It seems that the problems were with the courier, and not MemoryCow. Indeed, MemoryCow had pulled out all the stops to get my order into Royal Mail's "Special Delivery by 1pm" service at the very last minute.
Their communications still need a total rethink, and I've still never received any of the promised callbacks, hence only 4 stars where they could easily have scored 5.

I ordered item by accident and despite the fact the website policy states that orders can’t be cancelled after the payment is made, memory cow responded within 24h and refunded money. All the negative reviews here are quite old, I guess they learned to get better.

I decided to order a 512gb usb pen drive last Friday. It was only by a stroke of luck that I did not place my order with a different company because before clicking the payment button I decided to read the reviews. Thank God i did. I cancelled that and went ahead with Memory Cow as the reviews were awesome. I placed my order late Friday evening with Memory Cow. It is now Monday am and I have got my order!!!!! What a great service!!!!! Thank you. I am glad I chose Memory Cow. I will next time again. Great company!!!!! Thank you!!!! Attila

Now with my 2nd order from Memory Cow. Good prices, product information and delivery. I have read a lot of negative reviews here about them but as someone in business I know that people generally only rush to leave negative and not when they had received good service plus, out of negatives it is clear that most of those customers do not know how long refunds take with certain banks depending on how they have paid. For example, some payments from debit / credit cards, Apple or Google pay and just some merchant accounts can take week to reach the seller and when refunding you have to refund that actual transaction which can take another week. Take into account the postage each way for an incorrect or broken item then it can take a long time altogether. Speed of internet banking plays no part when going through a merchant account process due to online fraud checks, etc.
I had to note this as I've had no issues but also know all the above and so if you've got this far then be assured that I've had good service from MemoryCow and please realise that sellers are passengers to the whole banking system 😁
