Very unfriendly company. Called to ask whether they do stair railings so I could get a quote. Not a completely random question given they show stair railings on their website! The guy who answered the phone just said "we dont do stair railings" and hung up the phone... Nice..... Good luck mate getting customers with that sort of phone manners

Really great interior doors which look fantastic and are reasonably priced. The fitters were friendly, efficient and polite. all in all a great experience from design to the build and to the finish

Worst company I experienced, scolded by a customer service for asking a quotation. If you follow up with a call, they said will drop you from the queue. They said they have more than 40 quotes a day. they don’t really care. Very worrying if giving them business.

I purchased 5 interior doors, a wine room solution, and a large shower solution from Metalform. The products are outstanding in terms of quality. It took a little longer than expected to have them delivered, about 12 weeks, but when the result is this good, it's worth the wait. The customer service is excellent, and the follow-up was exactly as expected. Metalform is probably among the more expensive options on the market, but I highly recommend this company if you are looking for high quality—there are many others selling "scrap metal."

Great product, with dedicated focal point throughout the enquiry, design and ordering process. Was the only supplier who showed any interest in wanting to support our relatively small and specific project. Some of the bigger names in the metal framed glazing industry just couldn’t be bothered. Some delay in communications and production of drawings as indicated in other reviews, but none of the other issues with snagging etc. so happy to recommend this company. Have many experiences of working with contractors and suppliers to reflect on, and working with Metalform UK (NorwayMetal Ltd.) was a positive experience.

Delivered on time, the office were easy to communicate with, great customer service and installation team were excellent

Truly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Did not deliver to agreed design. Did not deliver to agreed date. Did not take responsibility. Do not return your calls, emails. Wouldn’t even return to complete snags - still waiting 5 months later. Now trying to charge me for completion of snags. Waiting for compensation for failing to meet design but again no resolution. Incredible they can think they will survive with such poor customer service.

Deposit paid July 2022;doors signed off & ordered Oct 2022, installation due Jan 2023. As yet, nothing as the glass hasn’t yet arrived. No regular updates from our contact, no calls returned, no emails answered. They’ve kept us hanging on for ages with poor communication, I just want my money back & I’ll source the doors elsewhere
Update:doors finally installed June 2023,products very good but not sure they’re worth all the stress/aggro architect & I have had over the past yr
Snagging dealt with in timely fashion, communication could have been so much better.

Unreliable - do not deliver to agreed dates. Causing significant impact to project.
