Great product Terrible customer service

**We would like to take this opportunity to advise any potential customers reading this that this review has mistakenly been written on our page, and should have been written for a different (but very similarly named) company, which does not have a Trust Pilot page.**
Dear Darren,
While you are - of course - entitled to write your honest feedback regarding a negative experience, the experience you report was not with our company, and we have reported this to Trust Pilot to get this review removed. We also kindly ask you to remove this review, and rewrite for the applicable company.
Very frustratingly, customers often mistake us for Midland Garden Furniture (based in Stafford). We are Midlands Conservatory & Garden Furniture - a completely different (and family run) company based in Leicestershire.
To help you understand - our contact number is 0116 240 4649, our email is sales@midlands-cane-garden.co.uk, and our website is www.midlands-cane-furniture.co.uk. You have not contacted us via any of these methods, and can assure you that if a customer of ours had an issue with a product, we would resolve it promptly, as per the many positive reviews below. Our installation dates are always booked weeks in advance, and done by our fantastic team for whom we have only ever had gushing postive feedback.
In terms of Pergolas, we supply the Royce Cube Gazebo, and the Galaxy Gazebos; no other models.
Your details are not on our system, and I can confirm that you are not a customer of ours.
We will certainly take onboard any negative feedback/constructive criticism that we deserve, but when an experience did not result from a purchase from us, you can understand that a review like this is unfair, and unnecessarily damaging.
We pride ourselves on our customer service, and take this very seriously. Again, we ask that you kindly remove this review and upload it to the correct recipient.

The friendly and helpful service at midlands deserves 5 Stars.. and so much more... .
The delivery alone to NORTHERN IRELAND...sets them apart when others dont, it really stands out for me.
I thank them all wholeheartedly for that.
I want to thank Jemma especially who made it all possible.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Jemma was so knowledgeable, caring, and understanding it added in making it run so smooth from start to finish.
I was over the moon when i saw my fiji swivel bar chairs.
They are really beautiful definitely worth the money in my view.
If looking to buy and undecided guaranteed you wont be disappointed when you see them.
The pictures dont do them justice.
They are stunning.

Excellent Friendly Service and quality goods delivered
We are so pleased with our new Conservatory furniture, which has met all of our expectations. This was only possible due to the very helpful and friendly service we received from Midlands Conservatory & Garden Furniture. Having been shown around the different furniture options we were left to take our time to select exactly the suite that suited us best. we then had a large selection of swatches to choose from for the coverings. Having researched beforehand, we recognized the price quoted was very competitive and ordered that day. Good communication regarding delivery and careful friendly team delivered as promised. A good experience through out and have already recommended them to friends.

This is a fantastic family business…
This is a fantastic family business that rightly prides itself on excellent customer and after-sales service. They supplied us with an elegant and lightweight Kettler corner unit which sits beautifully in our garden. Sales Manager Jemma is outstanding in her customer care and communications and even liaised personally with Kettler to source the exact match we wanted for a particular unit. In customer commitment, efficiency and friendliness, they stand head and shoulders above many companies we’ve dealt with in recent years. Highly recommended.

OUTSTANDING
If you want outdoor/conservatory furniture at competitive prices then save yourself time in searching the web. This place is all you need. A good range of products and absolutely excellent customer service (thanks Jemma) and prompt delivery. You can tell it's a family business as they really care about their customers - the old fashioned way! You won't find pushy sales staff just quality products and good people to deal with. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing, price change of £500 once item added to the basket, phoned up to ask why is difference in price once added to the basket lady very polite lady explained that because it's last item in stock and she can offer a deal to take £300 of the price, still £200 over the price showing on their website. Be careful and check the price again once item is in the basket.

Thank you for your feedback, Rafal. Although, we do feel it unfair for you to have written such a negative review for our family business given that you have not experienced our full service, nor have you purchased from us.
It was me (Jemma) that you spoke to on the phone, and I did explain that we had a technical issue relating to this product on our website, which meant that the increased price was not being reflected on the main page, but it was showing in the basket. I did apologise for this, and said we were trying our best to get the issue resolved.
I did offer to bring the increased price down for you by £300 given the mistake, and this made a very fair price for our last set, albeit a higher price than what was mistakenly advertised.
I can assure you that the price difference was NOT intentional, it was just a technical error.
I would like to reassure you - and any potential customers reading this negative review - that we never intentionally mislead our customers. This was simply a technical issue.
I would also like to confirm that this issue applied to one single product, no other products are affected by this.
I hope the fact that you had the instant ability to call and speak to us demonstrates how much we value our customer service. We work 7 days a week here to upkeep this. I am so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you because of this error, but we ask with the utmost respect that you consider removing this unfair review from our page.

Great family run company…..Darren, Jemma was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive. We purchased an outdoor corner sofa, cushion box, parasol etc. and felt very confident that we were not only getting a quality product but at a competitive price. If you're looking to buy gazebos, pergolas or garden furniture, then look no further, THIS is the company to deal with. From my first enquiry to delivery and build of my gazebo, I couldn't ask for better service.
Jemma kept me informed and up to date on progress and Maciek and Lucy did a great job building and positioning my gazebo just where I wanted it.

Very efficient , Great customer service for a Family concern
Great customer service from Jemma at Midlands Conservatory & Garden furniture from 1st email to enquire if they stocked the conservatory suite we were wishing to view before purchase, we commuted an hour to view.
There was no pressure, we placed the order , then added more items which Jemma price matched for us, they were amazing at communicating with us and although delivery was meant to be 6 weeks, we received it within 10 days, everything was well communicated .
The delivery itself was also such a great experience, with two very friendly gentleman delivering the furniture , unpacked placed in the room , removed all packing and took away with them. Cannot recommend this family company highly enough and will be encouraging family or friends to use them in the future. Thanks so much for such a great experience.

Impeccable Personal Service
From the moment we enquired, Midlands Conservatory & Garden furniture were incredible. We were contacted almost immediately and met with such a friendly lady (Jemma) who spoke about our options and answered all my questions. There was no pressure, and since commuting they have been amazing at communicating with us and we’re so proficient at arranging delivery.
