Ordered a dress for my daughter’s 1st birthday professional pictures and the dress was beautiful and looked just like the picture. Would order again for other special occasions.

I have used many of Mikandme dresses and putfits for my photo shoots in studio and they have been lovely. Girls always go for her dresses as an outfit option

I always buy dresses from Mik and Me for my daughter’s special occasions and I’m never disappointed. The quality is fantastic and every dress is handmade with so much care and attention to detail. My daughter feels like a princess whenever she wears their dresses and we get lots of compliments. Her birthday is coming up soon and we’re really excited to pick out a new dress from them. The owners communication is amazing annd they are super nice and I’m always very happy with everything. For me number 1 dresses in all Australia thrilled with my experience.

I ordered two dresses for my daughters and was absolutely thrilled with the whole experience. The dress itself is stunning—beautiful quality and even better in person! The team went above and beyond to ensure it arrived on time, which I truly appreciated. Communication was smooth and easy—they were so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend and would definitely order again!

Mik and Me are so incredible in every way. Not only did my Dress for my daughter's birthday come promptly but it was such high quality and you can tell it was made with love and care. When I saw this dress online I instantly fell in love with it and knew my daughter had to have it which is what then made my daughter's birthday theme purely because of the dress. It was a show stopper and still is. Has handled a toddler extremely well and I find their customer service always so fantastic, which is incredible because I can tell how busy they are. So grateful for such a beautiful dress!!

Such easy ordering. Was able to change sizing without a fault. Unfortunately had to return the product as it wasnt quite the right colour and that process was so smooth and easy. Would definitely order from Rachel and the team again. Lovely quality too!

I ordered a flower girl dress on April 13th 2025. On May 15th, I asked for my first update on my order and was told it was still within the normal processing time and will definitely arrive by the date I needed (June 15th). I asked if I could pay for expedited shipping as I was very worried it would not arrive in time, no response. 4 days later followed up again, no response. 3 days later from that I said that I felt I was being scammed due to the lack of response and finally received a response, saying that it’s a legitimate company etc and that there are delays in the U.S and that they strongly believe it will arrive before June 15th, reminded me I chose the “free” no tracking options and that it will take her a second to find my shipment. May 26th she tells me yes my shipment has shipped and should arrive to the U.S within a few days and sent me the USPS tracking number. 9 days later I responded that a “few” days had passed and surprise surprise no dress in sight. On June 5th, she said that they had called USPS and that my order is lost along with several other orders. That leaves me 10 days to find a flower girl dress for my wedding, just another stress to add on to the list. They did refund me the dress which was honestly a surprise but was very much appreciated and I acknowledge that shipments being lost is something out of their control but I do blame them for waiting to reach out to USPS until early June when I had been asking about my order since May 15. Also the overall lying of your order is arriving in a few days, it would have been way better if they had been upfront and be like they listen we don’t know where your order is and then I would have had more time to figure out an alternative. For these reasons I do not recommend this company to anyone. Totally just unprofessional and unreliable. Wish I had read the several other 1 star reviews I saw on this site before placing my order, hopefully this saves someone the unpleasantness I was put through.

I ordered a dress for my daughter for my wedding. I had a lot of time so I didn't mind the wait time it took to ship. When it arrived the bag had been sliced and in result the front strap of the dress. I contacted the company letting them know it had arrived damaged. The response was quick and they basically told me to ask my partner or someone in my family if they had damaged it? I'm the one who took it from the door drop off so I know that wasn't the case and explained that wasn't possible. They said they would get back to me and asked for 2-3 business days to find a solution. They never got back to me.

I emailed to follow up asking them what my options were: sending it back for repair? Me taking it somewhere for repair and having them reimburse the costs?

No response.

I emailed asking for a response because the dress is for MY WEDDING and I loved it and I didn't want to have to change it at all or get a new one without much time.

No response.

I then sent an email saying I was disappointed in the customer service and in the future they should consider sending these items if clothing in better and more protective packaging considering how expensive it is for a toddler's piece of clothing...

Terrible customer service. Very disappointed. Not the experience I wanted to have for my daughter's preparation for my wedding.

In the end I took it to a tailor who is now patching the area up and covering it with some form of design. Im just praying it still looks how I wanted it to look.

We bought flower girl dresses and they were perfect!! Very good quality and looked much more expensive than what we paid. Excellent customer service too which was a bonus. I had a question about the sizing and the response was prompt and very helpful.

I’ve purchased around 3 dresses from here, I’m based in the uk and the shipping time was incredible. Even beforehand whilst still browsing I messaged the wonderful lady for help on sizing advice and she was great and super fast. When each of my daughters dresses arrived they were absolutely stunning and looking just as displayed on the website so I was over the moon! Have recommended this company to numerous people!

Absolutely love Mik and Me, I had their dresses saved when I knew I was expecting a girl during my pregnancy! Got her the butterfly dress and she received so many compliments. Already got my eyes on another one for her 2nd birthday, can’t wait!
