Waste of Time & Money
First off, don’t believe the hype, the good reviews about his website are fake.. I ordered Apple Digital Mastering which was $70 & figured I might as well let him mix the song. His profile says 3-5 days for both, which by my calculations should’ve only been 10 days. After the 10th day I inquired about the song, but got no response, so I decided to wait a week. I figured that he would go all out with the mixing & mastering, so I didn’t wanna bother him too much. Then I started to think, it’s passed the initial 10 days his website said it would take, when was he planning on letting me revise it if he’s supposed to be done by now, so I inquired about that & he sent me what sounded like the song I sent to be mixed/ mastered. I paid no mind to it thinking I’d sound better after the mastering process. At this time he told me it would be done & he’ll send it the next day. By now we’re on the 14th day. So another week goes by & I’m inquiring about the song & I get no reply. By the 21st day I ask for a refund & he sends me a partial refund for doing absolutely nothing.. He gave me $70 for the mastering & pocketed $125 claiming the song was mixed. I didn’t wanna argue, I was just glad to be done with him. Now I have to pay someone to mix & master the same song.. Waste of time & money

I understand the disappointment surrounding the delay. However, please note that the turnaround times mentioned on our website are only estimates. Actual delivery can vary due to factors such as workload, complexity of the project, or unforeseen circumstances, which sometimes might lead to a delay in delivery.
I would also like to address the concerns you raised about the quality of the mix. The outcome of the mix and master heavily relies on the quality of the material submitted. Regrettably, the material provided was in poor condition, presenting significant challenges. Despite this, I exerted my best efforts to enhance the song, resulting in a considerable improvement, akin to night and day.
Regarding the refund, I want to clarify that since the mixing part of your order was completed, I was only able to refund you for the mastering portion, which remained undone. This policy is outlined clearly on our website and is required to be accepted by all customers before placing an order, which you did at checkout. I understand this might feel unfair, but it is essential to compensate for the work and time invested in the project.
I want to address your concern about the authenticity of our reviews. Our customer reviews are absolutely real and authenticated by Trustpilot. I have been in this business for over 13 years and value honesty and transparency above all. All customers, including yourself, are encouraged to share their experiences, and we do not have the capability to alter or delete reviews. Your feedback, along with all other verified reviews, are visible for everyone to see.
If I provided poor service, it would be reflected in numerous negative reviews, which is not the case. The majority of our customers have had positive experiences, as evidenced by the reviews on our page.
I'm genuinely disheartened that your experience did not meet your expectations and would welcome the opportunity to discuss any unresolved issues you might have and hopefully find a resolution that leaves you feeling more satisfied. They delivered useless drafts and disappeared
They got my songs and delivered useless draft and then disappeared. They don’t respond to my emails anymore while they had charged me $750! I’m glad I have registered and have copyright documents so that songs are protected!

Mike did a wonderful job on mixing and mastering a song that I wrote, recorded, and perform live. Its been a long time coming, trying to get this finished. With Mike, they made it easy to get the mastering done, sounding great, and at a reasonable price.

This is a phenomenal service
This is a phenomenal service! Our tracks sounded amazing after getting mixed and mastered by him (7 songs). It was a total transformation. Would definitely recommend it if you have the money, just know that with good quality comes time, so it might take a little long to get your final mixes back. There were a few unexpected delays, but there was no way of knowing it would happen and was not Mike's fault by any means. Mike was very responsive, and communicated extremely well, so if you have any doubts, just email him - he responds super quickly! Overall, was very amazing, and I will definitely be coming back to get more songs mixed and mastered. Hope your guys' music ventures go well!
