I had the pleasure of working with Mike and co. on mixing as well as mastering our band’s new album. TL;DR: the end result has exceeded my expectations. Admittedly, the raw tracks we gave Mike at times ranged in fidelity (and in some cases performance). Nevertheless, Mike proved to be more than up for the task, and his effort elevated our music to its envisioned potential.

What separates Mike’s expertise from that of others is not only his formidable skill but also his attention to detail. Even in the first set of mixes, each track of every song stood out individually with pronounced clarity and precision. This was especially important for the vocal harmonies and the layered guitars. He did a really fantastic job.

The logistics of the submission-mixing-mastering process were also very straightforward. The stem upload instructions were clear, and the communication was consistently professional and pleasant. We went through a few revisions of the mixes, and at each iteration, I solicited feedback from colleagues and simply sent comments by email. Mike and co. would thoughtfully incorporate the corrections and we would repeat this cycle until convergence.

To summarize, Mikes's Mix and Mastering comes highly recommended, and I look forward to continuing to work with Mike and his group in the future.

Mike is an amazing mixer and the end mixing is for me the best out there for the prize and I wish I could give it 5 stars.

BUT

This service totally lack on communication. It says 24/7 support. Its says 5 working days for the first mix and up to 5 days for revision.

When I try to communicate with Mike I get zero reply.

I would give him 5 stars if it could be a better calculation how long time each step would take. Some kind of indicator - 3 songs - they will be ready around this date - revision - you will get them back to this date.

Now you dont know what's happen at all.

It was complex to send individual track stems and additional vocals to a song.

Dramatic change before /after mix and before/after mastering. you can easily identify that he can remove muddiness, increase clearness of each stem and make it loud without distortion. My song genre was techno

All i can say is perfection. I was highly skeptical of sending off our music to have someone else work and clean up for us, but Mike and his crew did a very good and impressive job with the 2 projects that we had sent them. Also the artist in question is usually a stickler when it comes to her music, but she approved it hearing them one time, which is rare on our end without having to do redos or changes. Will definingly use Mike's again.
