Did everything that needed doing and took away any strain that I would otherwise have had.
The payment was made to me and all deductions were made before payment so I didn't have to pay anything out that was unexpected.

Yes it is a long process - thank you for recognising our endeavours and taking the time to review our services.
Terrible communication
Terrible communication. Repeatedly asking for the same information (which we sent several times). Repeatedly ignoring information provided. We were very specific about contact information and Payee information, which was not passed to the payment processing company correctly. The whole process was an unnecessarily stressful process. We were grateful to get some pennies in compensation, but the process and communication could be so much more efficient / better.
