Oh my lord. The employees, Josh and James were some of the nicest and most helpful people I've ever met. I've never before felt so welcome in a store. Outstanding experience for what should've been a rather dull trip. Thank you so much. :)

I bought a pair of walking shoes from the Bath store. They have good selection of competitively priced stock. James was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy.

The Millets store in Bath is one of my go to stores to check out good value items. The store looks great, well organised, clean and easy to shop in, and staff always happy to help. I picked up two more bobble hats this morning at a fantastic price, they are my new favourite hats for walking in this blustery weather!

James in the Bath store very helpful and knowledgeable. Went in for some waterproof trousers and he guided us to the perfect pair straight away. Definitely worth a visit to this store. Very well laid out.

James in the Bath store was so helpful and knowledgeable to help get a decent sleeping bag for my teenage son who is doing DofE. He gave me a good discount as well which didn't even have to ask for. Both him and his colleagues were friendly as i entered the store and were more happy to help

I visited millets in the bath store …
I visited millets in the bath store today to replace my faulty walking shoes I got served Gary and Josh who were kindly happy to help j showed my receipt and i had my old shoes replaced for some new ones. I will be visiting this store again

Good outdoor store and service
I thought the range of items inside was good and many were on sale including a hat I bought which was warm and comfy. Excellent service from staff and clean and tidy around shop.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff; Gary was particularly helpful on my most recent visit. They don’t carry the premium ranges, but have a wide range of options which are competitively priced and well suited to the current muddy walks.

Fabulous shopping experience
Served today (14th Feb) by James - wow, what a fabulous ‘customer experience’… I wasn’t really sure what jacket / coat I wanted but James spent time discussing options and allowing me to try on different styles and colours (as well as helping other customers at the same time)… Super happy with my choice, and James’ help made it all so much easier… great work James 😀

Childs Berghaus Coat
We were looking for a waterproof coat for our Grandson and James at Millets was very helpful by pointing out particular coats that would be suitable. We ended up buying a Berghaus coat which my Grandson loved.
