Visited the store today looking for replacement gloves for my previous pair (also from Millets)

No pushy sales techniques just very genuine, friendly and helpful guys who I felt very at ease talking to.

Me and my partner popped into Millets…
Me and my partner popped into Millets in Enfield just for a browse, but thanks to Erol’s fantastic customer service, we ended up leaving with matching coats! He was friendly, attentive, and really knew his stuff — he showed us an amazing deal we couldn’t pass up. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers are happy, but Erol went above and beyond. We left not only with great coats but also with a really positive shopping experience. Highly recommend this store, especially if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Erol!

Excellent Service
Samuel was super helpful today. He was very attentive to my needs. He was extremely knowledgable around shoes. Helped me sort out perfect walking shoes. I feel more confident after leaving the store!!

New Walking Boots
We were looking for a new pair of walking boots for my wife to replace the old ones. I conducted some online research and found that Millets had the make and model we were looking for. Went to the local store in Enfield and was assisted by Matthew, a staff member who was kind and helpful in finding the right size and answered a few questions. I would highly recommend this store.

The guys in the Enfield store were so helpful in trying to locate me an electric cooler which was out of stock at their store. The rang around other locations and reserved one for me. This was so helpful whilst on our holidays in the area
