Excellent customer service
Went to get some camping gaz earlier in week but shop out of stock. The guys in the shop including Andrew were very helpful in telling me they were expecting a delivery soon so gave me their phone number and told me to call back later in week. Today I did that and Hannah very kindly reserved me some cylinders so I could pick up later. Great old fashioned customer service that is very rare nowadays. Thanks guys

Helpful polite staff

Harriet served me today and has served me on many occasions. She is always friendly, polite, knowledge and professional. She knows that I am a scout leader and alway checks my ID and offers me any discounts on offer. That’s why I alway go back and shop at millets.
