Mum and tired children...
I went in with my two daughters towards the end of the day to get us all walking boots. We're experienced in buying but my youngest had "hit a tired wall", making the process of trying different boots on chore. Amy was very patient, calming and we walked away with 5 pairs of boots - two for the new school year so happy feet and happy mum.

Great quality
Great quality, great prices and great customer service. Mya gave me exceptional help for finding the best camping equipment. I was very pleased with the price it came out at and for the support I was given throughout the shop.

Bit of a strange experience
Bit of a strange experience! I tried on several items and the lady on the desk at the time was very helpful. When I came to pay it was a younger lady at the till. I asked if it was ok if I kept the t shirt on that I’d tried as I liked it very much. She said ‘there will be a security tag on it’. I said ‘no, actually there isn’t, Just the price tag’. She said ‘you walk to the door then ‘if you’re willing to risk it’. I wasn’t sure what I was ‘risking’ as I had come to the till to pay! Anyway no security tag so I paid but was informed ’well there should be a tag on it’ 🤷🏻♀️
The items I bought are excellent but the service was a bit odd! It was a hot day so maybe the heat was getting to everyone!

Helpful friendly staff
Wide range of reasonably priced options for outdoor clothing and boots. Both value brands and higher end brands. Helpful friendly staff to point you in the right direction. Stu served me and I found well fitting waterproof trousers and boots. Would recommend this store.
