Millets - Middlesbrough Opiniones 

I popped into the Middlesbrough store today to see if they had any warm hats as it was baltic today. I popped in and saw a lovely beanie that was on sale. I was served by Jonny who was very helpful and friendly. I noticed post sale that I appeared to have been charged more than the display price. I asked Jonny about this and like a flash he confirmed the correct price and refunded me the difference. He made the experience really pleasant and I appreciated it. Thanks Jonny.

I’ve always liked Millets. The Middlesbrough branch is staffed with friendly and courteous staff and I made a point of purchasing my winter coat there, on purpose, because the staff are always friendly.
I’d seen the same coat in another superstore close by, but the decision came down to the personable staff and so I hope somehow this feedback reaches the team in Middlesbrough.

Staff really helpful. Goods in correct size were not
In stock but staff offered to order them on line for free delivery. Goods were delivered next day. Brilliant service.

Great service from Sam. I went in just looking at ideas for a coat and Sam explained lots of the features and benefits of some of the coats, he also showed me what was in the sale so I got some great deals. I came out with a coat, gloves and some socks. Great service and very knowledgeable, I will shop there again for sure.

My first visit to Millets in Middlesbrough was very good. Jack was very enthusiastic and the added bonus of someone with practical knowledge meant Jack had lots of great advice on the items I was looking for as well as other items I had queries about but didn't need straight away. I got shown a few different products and there was no pressure in deciding. I will definitely be back.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Served by Jacqueline who was really helpful and also other member of staff with pink and blue hair. Sorry didn't catch his name. Explained offers clearly and helpedme select the perfect Xmas present for my mam. Thank you 😁

I visited the store yesterday and was helped by an assistant called Jack he was so helpful unfortunately they didn’t have the size I needed so he offered to ring another store .I couldn’t fault his customer service .

Jack was especially helpful advising on shoes and waterproof liquids for washing jackets and trousers. The Black Friday deals were also too good to miss. Not sure if Oder number below but receipt number was 00492-1-80408 if it helps.

Ordered a jacket online-too small, so returned it to a local store, I was expecting a refund , but I saw the jacket in store in a larger size, I asked if I could exchange and the helpful man said of course and if it still didn’t fit I could take it back for refund. Very easy to do and very helpful and polite staff. I will shop here again.
