I always get asked to write these reviews and rarely do..but felt I had to respond to our purchase in Penzance Millets..
We were helped by Katy who was both knowledgable and not overbearing, so the experience of buying was turned from a last resort into a very pleasant experience!

Fantastic service
There was a fault in a rucksack I purchased from Millets . I could not find the on line receipt, so went into the Penzance shop and explained. The staff were excellent . They traced my receipt from 9 months previously and explained my options . 3 days later I returned to the shop and my new rucksack was waiting for me . They were so helpful , and kept me informed throughout . Thank you so much for your fantastic service . Well done .

Nice store, good range of products and friendly staff. Katy went well out of her way to look up trousers on line for me as my size was not in so would have got them sent to a more local store to me in Devon.

Waited at the counter for a little bit. Couldn’t see a staff member for some considerable time then realised he’d been helping a customer at the end of the shop.

Very good store in Pz. It’s nice not to be pounced on by a member of staff as soon as you enter the shop. Doug gave us time to look around before we made our choice of purchase. Doug was also very helpful 👍🏻

Back packing supplies
Great product at a nice price this is my second visit to this particular store this time I was served by Gina she was very helpful. Although my Nepal 85 ltr backpack has a huge tear in the top compartment in which I have lost a few items on my coastal walk . The top compartment has literally tared at the seems in this is not good after just over a week since I purchased. I do still have the receipt and I have not had the opportunity to visit the nearest store as I'm on the South West Coastal path. Overall and happy with the service but disappointed at the quality of the backpack.
