Have my son signed up, and it’s something he really enjoys, it benefits him in his fitness and his strength, i defo say if your thinking about this then go for it, as it’s not just for children it’s for adults to, great way to get into fitness, or great for extra fitness.

Mini Warriors Birthday Celebration!

Our son has always been a fan of Dean's Mini Warrior sessions every Saturday at 10.30am PROMPT otherwise its push ups! 😀. He absolutely loved going to these sessions whether it was rain or shine or even snow - Dean always made sure the kids were put to the challenge but most importantly having fun at the same time.

This year our son turned 10 and his wish was always to have a bootcamp party! I'm not sure if his friends were ready for what was install for them but wow what a blast we all had!

Dean as always was ultra professional and put our son at the heart of every decision regarding his celebration, from games to the equipment and activities.

Getting 16 Boys engaged is no easy feat but as always Dean has his ways of drawing attention. It was really great to see the confidence boosts in some of these boys throughout the activities and the determination that they developed.

Some of the activities and games also involved parents like bulldog and the mighty Tug of War, which is always great to see the parents getting involved and often getting competitive, lol!

We have known Dean from his early stages of Mini Warriors. What his knowledge and skills gives not only to children but also adults is special. Its not just fitness, its drive, passion, motivation and mindset.

If you want to try something different and unique for your kids, I would highly recommend his bootcamp party.

If you want a different take on fitness again try one of his sessions for your children or yourself.

Dean really motivated me to work harder than I ever have! He said I would get results and he was right! Dean made me a bespoke program for exactly what I wanted. It was always interesting and I feel so much better for these work outs.

Me and my son have been doing mini warriors again this summer and have absolutely loved it. Dean is very welcoming and professional and has really helped us both. Would highly recommend to everyone. It's a feeling of achievement after each session and feels great to be active.

Decided to give the adult boot camp sessions a go after seeing them being promoted on social media. I love the bare bones nature of all the exercises and being outside whilst I’m doing them - something about getting dirty makes it feel like you’ve worked even harder, and adds a bit more fun too! Don’t get me wrong, I’m absolutely knackered afterwards but it’s a challenge and also very rewarding when you know you’ve put in a shift doing it. Dean is a fantastic instructor and knows how to push people to get the most from and help them to get the best from themselves as well. I would highly recommend attending a session if you’re thinking about it as they cannot be done justice in a review.

My son's have been going this summer and love it. It has been great for them to be active and get out about. Dean has been great and a real motivation for my boys. Great to have a facility like this near us. Will definitely be Sending them next summer. Strongly recommend this for all kids, no matter what age group.

Mini warriors is one of the best activities for the kids and family or even on your own to do dean is one of the most excellent blokes to meet he is so welcoming and down to earth he will make every single person feel involved, u can't go wrong on price so reasonable and it's an all round great experience me and my kids love when he comes to town u go away from his experience feeling great energised and knackered at same time I would recommend everyone to come down and get involved u won't regret it I've been going to dean now for nearly 2 years and he is unreal words can't be put into words of the amazing job he does I'm just so grateful I've met him and been involved in Mimi warriors.

Highly recommended to children and adults, my daughter loves mini warriors, it’s not only keeping us fit it is great for a healthy mind set to. My son has been coming to Mini Warriors for about 4 years now, he absolutely loves it!! Dean is amazing in that he not only has children's fitness in mind, but they're mindset also. Would 100% recommend to anybody 😊

Decided to go along to my first session today with Dean, at the start I was nervous and felt sick. However Dean made me feel really comfortable. The session was hard and I regret my life choices for a few minutes I even called him mean but now the session has an ended am full of life. Thank you again Dean

I met Dean from Mini Warriors a short time ago and after he explained what he does I was really interested in learning more! I’ve wanted to loose weight and sort out my fitness for a while!
After my first session with Dean, I knew this is definitely what I needed, being held accountable for my actions outside of the session and also the sessions itself!
It’s super tough but you get out of it what you put into it! After all sessions I lay on the grass contemplating what I have just done but then once I’m on the way home I always think that was an amazing session and can’t wait for the next one!
I’ve not lost 1st 8lb in 7 weeks all thanks to Dean!
We now have 2 sessions a week to keep this going!

Dean delivered his boot camp across 2 days at my school to all children from Reception age up to Year 6!
Every single child thoroughly enjoyed the experience and gained so much from their session. Some of our toughest classes thrived from the experience and it really pushed them out of their comfort zone.

We had Dean in school earlier this week as part of our sports week!
Our children had the most amazing sessions, working on discipline and teamwork, I cannot recommend this programme enough. Some of our toughest classes thrived from the experience and it really pushed them out of their comfort zone.

Throughout the day staff we constantly discussing the sessions and how much our children had gained. It was non stop positive😊

Dean is someone who is passionate about helping others. He had used his knowledge, skills and experience to create something which I personally have seen helping people of all ages and backgrounds. If you want to get fit, if you want your children to get fit or you just want to level up. Speak with Dean and I am sure you will enjoy what he has to offer. Highly recommended.

Dean was brilliant with the children at our school during our health, fitness and well-being week. He taught key lessons to the children including team work, communication, physical strength and how to carry heavy objects. He taught the children how body language can be positive and negative. He was firm but fair and the children did enjoy his sessions. Other teachers also commented on the sessions with positivity. Very army boot camp like. He even made the head teacher do 20 press ups for having his hands in his pockets! Would recommend! 💪🏻👍

Today I met Dean from Mini warriors and although I grilled him before hand on what to expect etc he always got back to me promptly and very understanding of my 101 questions. It was clear to me he was passionate about what he does and wanted as many children to experience what he can provide.

We had Dean for the whole day which started off with 2 longer sessions for our Ks2 children in the morning and then our EYFS and KS1 in the afternoon. All day he talked me through the decisions he made to be adaptive to our school's need, after talking to staff and being with the children, to make sure they got the most positive experience.

What the staff said... "Dean was great, seeing the children in a different environment and especially children who would not usually want to lead were pushed to challenge themselves and the looks on their faces when they did and succeeded was amazing!"

"They all loved it and not one child said they wouldn't want to do it again.. he even got me doing push ups which the kids loved to see."

What the children said.. "Spectacular...energetic...adrenaline rush..strict but it felt like we got to be in the real army... hard but I surprised myself with what I could do... I want to get stronger so when he comes next year I can help my team win tug of war."

We will be having Dean back next year and I'm so glad I decided to step outside the box a bit in what we offer our children!

Dean arrived promptly and was well organised setting himself up for a full day of bootcamp with our primary school. Dean took charge of the sessions allowing staff to enjoy the experience and commanding respect from the children involved. He set up appropriate activities, taking into consideration the children's age, abilities and any other needs. Both the children and staff thoroughly enjoyed the day, with all the children buzzing from the experience. On reflection the children recognised they had felt nervous or worried before they started but were all thrilled at the challenge and how well they did by the end of the session. The sessions really built up the children's resilience and perseverance, strength and stamina. Dean sets out a clear expectation of the children and they responded well. He also made them understand the importance of good sportsmanship and teamwork. Some of our quieter children were brought out of their shell on the day and have continued with a new found confidence since the day several weeks ago. We absolutely loved having Dean in for the day and very much look forward to when we can have him in again!
