Minster Law had been very accommodating in arranging an appointment at a suitable time for me.
This was really helpful & handy, to be able to balance current life demands as well as having to navigate the aftermath of an unfortunate car accident.
Registering the claim was fairly easy & straightforward. Claim advisor Lisa explained everything very throughly, was very professional and allowed sufficient time for any questions/ explanations. Lovely, warm & happy person.....goes a long way on the other end of the phone.
