Had a problem with the mattress…
Had a problem with the mattress encasement being faulty when it was delivered. Spoke to a very helpful person at Mitre Linen. He arranged next day pick up of faulty item and a replacement arrived 2 days later.

I love this beautiful quality
I love this beautiful quality, long lasting linen for my holiday cottages. The guests comment on it's luxurious feel too, so all good. Next day delivery is a real bonus.

Only issue is your carrier firm , they are very unhelpful , I'm actually not sure they attempted a delivery as we were home
