Great standard of spa slipper and very well priced
Only issue is your carrier firm , they are very unhelpful , I'm actually not sure they attempted a delivery as we were home
Then the parcel is re routed which is an absolute pain to resolve for us

Extremely swift delivery.
Just experienced my topper as put it on as a welcome home treat from a trip.
Elastics I found slightly frugal for my double mattress.
But comfort is bliss - feels as if I have a new mattress! Comfortable even in this hot spell.

Super fast delivery. Best pillow i have ever slept on.

I first used these pillows in a hotel room and they were really comfy. So I ordered 4 for my own bed. Unfortunately when they came they were hard and so uncomfortable that despite costing nearly £70 I can’t use them. It would be hard to return 4 pillows so now they are just in a cupboard. All that said the service was good.
