Delivery service and customer service terrible

Faultless, easy to use, delivered on time, fantastic quality, very very pleased

What a shocking lack of quality control! I have had to return two batches of printed journals. The first arrived damaged, badly packed and also covered in what looked like black marks from the printer. I ordered 50 and only five were useable. So, after waiting for another 3 weeks, the replacements arrived today - 16 out of the 45 were covered in these marks on the back. I have waited a total of 7 weeks and still only have about half the number I ordered. I will never use them again. And to top it off their response times are rubbish and their customer 'care' gets sarcastic when you chase to find out why it's taking three weeks to replace an order they meesed up!

I have read the response and want to clarify my claim of 7 weeks is from when I placed the order, not from when the first problem arose. And the message that was sarcastic was a response to me asking when I could expect the second batch to arrive and the response was ‘as you already know’ and a copy of postage information I had not previously seen. I sent proof of the latest problem, including photos, which I am waiting for a refund from.

I have generally been delighted with this company and can especially commend their helpfulness, communications and responsiveness to customer enquiries. As a novice in preparing my book (a memoir) for publishing, I did find the web-site challenging at times but overall it explains the process pretty well.

The overall product received is of excellent quality and at an extremely competitive price. The book looks very professional and am looking forward to gifting copies to my family.

Overall I would recommend however I did find the website order process confusing and nearly gave up. Instead I called customer service and they were super helpful. I am really impressed with the final result.

I'm a total newbie to making a magazine but these guys made it so easy. It was an easy process to follow, easy to upload my files and they emailed me when there were any issues so I knew my magazine would print correctly. really happy with how it turned out!

We use Mixam regularly to print anthologies for our writing groups, they are always great quality and very affordable, and customer service is fantastic. I recently place a very large order that I was worried wasn't going to arrive in time for a book launch, so the customer service team were really great at helping me receive it in time.

Excellent price, excellent quality (exactly as website said). I could design the full book myself, with easy to understand instructions. The preview system also guided me on quality and placement of my uploads, even got a message from the company when I asked to confirm if everything will turn out good. From time of order confirmation to delivery at my address— it took a total of 4-5 days (including weekend)— so that was supper fast, super good! Very pleased!!

Awesome company. So easy to use, I can use it (and that's not a joke!). Just pop your stuff into their online portal, chose your paper and other bits and sit back and await a knock at the door with beautifully created copy. Can't recommend these ppl enough.

36pp colour booklet produced as per schedule (arrived one day early in fact). High quality printing and finishing with excellent colour reproduction and crisp text. Good communication as the job progressed and well packaged for delivery. A number of people have commented on the lovely tactile quality of the cover - matt laminated silk.

AVOID PRINTING COLOURING BOOKS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Terrible quality, not fit for purpose. Cannot colour the books due to horrible paper.
Poor customer service!

I lost money, ruined my businesses reputation and now have dead stock!

Was offered a tiny refund that was insulting to say the least.

They just told me they can’t be responsible for the paper and some nonsense about different pens.

Several other colouring book business have been affected by their rubbish products and horrible customer service!!

AVOID if you care about quality and your business!!!!

UPDATE!!

It was not on one occasion, it was my whole bulk order and several other colouring book artists who have had to now find more reliable, quality printers who actually provide a consistent colouring book printing service!

I accepted the discount after challenging it because your company don’t like to offer anything but a tiny percentage as recompense!
